Since dancing has come up a few times I have a question for you all, including Ronald, Vanessa, and Martin. What kind of dance would you do with your dance partner?
Me I kind of like the slow dance. Hand in hand, slowly moving back and forth. Just taking in the music and... *hick*...uh yeah I hope you get the idea. _________________ I am what I am and proud to be who I am.

The kind of dance I enjoy with a dance partner is meringue, salsa, and other dance that is fast and creative. :3 |

I'm a slow dancer like the rest. However, that's not all I can do.
If I'm going to dance, I enjoy a structured dance instead of just going out there and flailing about like some seem to do. Swing dancing is my biggest joy. A rigorous workout, tossing the gal your with about getting one another worked up, then finish in an embrace that leaves you both gasping for breath in one another's arms, both from being pumped and tired of the exercise you just put one another through. _________________ The suspense is killing me. In real life, I'm not much of a dancer, so slow dance, yeah. I would like to learn proper dancing, though. Ballroom and latin. Tadelesh, however, is quite well schooled in various dances. The waltz is one of his favourites. _________________ Wow, sarcasm! That's original. |

Dancing... *sigh*... one of those talents that seems to have been inherited by my sisters, but skipped over me. Not that I'm complaining, since I never had an interest in the stuff anyway.
In-character, I'd say Johnny's much like myself: terribly uncoordinated on the dancefloor. If anything, he may have been tutored on a waltz or some kind of two-step, but he's no expert, and mostly tries to avoid any social events involving dancing when he can (the latest ball being the exception). In fitting irony, I might write a story that reveals Johnny's siblings to be talented dancers, both in ballroom and traditional Native American dances. _________________ Johnny's Fanfics (including Sureshot! On the dance floor I'm only slightly less graceful than a drunken bathtub on roller skates. _________________ I like old jokes. With them I know when to laugh. |

I can't help but notice that you asked about "kind of dance," as though there were more than one. I'm not sure why we even have the word "dance," as we already have the word "waltz." |

Constance is very proficient in most ballroom dances, like Tango and Waltz and many more that I don't personally know of. She was born into a wealthy family and was taught how to behave and dance at parties. She's also very interested in dancing, and one of her favorite things to do when travelling, is to learn as many local dances as possible.
I don't know much about these types of dance myself, but I imagine my fursona know quite a lot about them. _________________ Constance Mayflower's bio

Ewan is fairly well adept at some basic ballroom dances, but trips over himself when faced with something he has never tried before. _________________ Ewan's Golden Glass

I'm sorry Johnny, but Labrn isn't one to dance a jig on his own. He's more "typical male" who stands back and watches while the rest seize on the dance floor. _________________ The suspense is killing me. I hope it will last. |

I'm afraid I learned to multitask when it comes to these things. Here are some things I learned to do.

In order they are Chen style Tai Chi Fan(52 step)the routine featured is called Beautiful Sunset but this is often called a Chinese Fan Dance.
Second video is Capoeira which was classified as a dance in the 20's and re-classified as a martial art.
Last is a Korean martial art called Taekkyon. _________________ “If you love life, don’t waste time, for time is what life is made up of.”

I like the first video.
I would not mind trying the Tai Chi Fan dance. :3 |
