I think more blame should be placed on AOL Instant Messenger. My friends and I use "AIM Speak" as the term to describe that phenomenon. I will not lie however, sometimes YouTube comments can propagate insane amounts of that nonsense. I've never understood why full sentences, grammar, and punctuation are considered so inconvenient online. "LOLZ tis ant skool so i no need t3h english book lerninz lol"

I can never tell if you guys are kidding or not. It looks like Betty probably changed since her party dress was backless so she couldn't have been wearing that outfit underneath it.
Interesting choice of clothing, however: A top and no panties. That's the kind of outfit that says that she doesn't want to go slow.
In some ways, it's still a little sad. Betty is basically trying to get over her broken heart and betrayal of her best friend by going for a rebound guy. (Or "guys", in this case). I got the impression that Hans and George, while they are seemingly incompetant, have strong feelings for Betty... Well, unless all those flowers and gifts were just really sad attempts to get laid. If it's the latter, then it seems difficult as to who is using who in this situation.
