It might also be plausible that Kyle has been studying such things on his own, even potentially years before Freud "invented" it. It's not uncommon that new and radical ways of thinking about things and appraoching matters takes some time to catch on. Being that BonBon is a somewhat secluded town, it would serve as a convenient explanation for why these methods were not widely known until Freud worked on them.
In essence, it could be relatively believable that another individual, in an isolated location, could have been researching and studying the very same thing at the same time, or possibly a little earlier, and not have been worldly recognised for it due to their location and the matters controversial nature. _________________

Someone pointed out to me that psychoanalisis hadn't yet been invented in 1895, since Sigmund Freud (born in the year 1856), its creator, invented it exactly during that year. As a convention it's customary to date the birth of psychoanalysis to the first exhaustive interpretation of a dream written by Freud: it was one of his personal dreams from the night between the 23rd and 24th of July 1895.
Therefore I've decided that the study started by Dr. Kyle should be called with the provisional title "Interpersonal counseling", even if he defines himself as a psychologist in his bio; maybe in this very year Kyle is a young follower of Freud that is studying this specialization, and in the meantime in Bon Bon he takes care of small interpersonal problems (Bon Bon is a pleasure town where people come to relax, and thus a Consultant could be useful to solve matters like those)
I've thought that this could be the best and most believable solution. I hope that The Adept will agree |
That works
Kyle was a follower of Freud but before then when he was traveling with his brother he would help calm people down or hep them through traumatizing moments . He has always been really good with words. It just seemed to fit kyle when was developing him as a character . From when i first made him 3-4 years ago he was a bouncer but i wanted to separate myself from the rest of the new members as well as the current royal males so i ditched that idea and made him a psychologists in a time where it was just crawling its way into existence
I'm also honored you picked kyle to start of this cameo set of appearances thank you very much Vanessa _________________ A fact of life: After monday and tuesday even the calender says WTF...

wow! Just, WOW! What a way to celebrate two years of being part of Pleasure Bon Bon.
I know that Vanessa told me that she like to draw another bird but, Wow! The ballet teacher is a Swan!!! Gorgeous, pure gorgeous! I also love where this is going, and I see Rikarda in Vanessa's style for the first time, and Prunella since the first issue and cameos in the comic so far. Love the red coat!
Keep it up! Can't wait for the next issue.
Though...why is ''That Rikarda'' somehow merged as ''ThatRikarda'' _________________ Furaffinity: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/rikarda/

I can see that. I should mention this to Ronald or Vanessa. |
Then
A. Why make a comment as though you thought it was something done on purpose, and
B. You just did. _________________

And here comes Rikarda! The kimono is lovely.
And miss Swanee is lovely. I didn't think I'd see a swan. _________________ My fursona: Tariel Uhara

Nice picture. I most admit that I am surprised that the outfit of Miss. Odette Swanee is less revelling that the rest of her class. Is it a subtle way to show the hierarchy in the school?
Peut-être qu'elle est un petit côté voyeur.
