It looks great shadow, keep up the great work . These avatars are the closest thing some of us ever get to have an avatar drawn by Vanessa.

I tried to download IMVU and make my own full-body avatar, but my comp found a virus somewhere so now I'm not sure what to do ; I'll probably hold off on tying to make one my self.

((my dad didn't make it. they found him at about 1:30am last night))

I feel for you. The morning that we were going to go out as a family, we got a visit from the local police at around 2-3AM. I was wondering if someone might have tried breaking in and then my wife came out of the bedroom and they told us that her mother was no longer with us. My wife still has moments of sorrow, but I don't think I ever did. Not to sound cold, but I didn't know her mother for a long time, and I knew someone had to be able to keep it together. It's a rough time, but remember the good times and remember that he will live on in those memories.

I'm close to finishing my semester as well, despite my recent family emergency.

I might have to rethink my next semester thou , I want to sign up for classes for winter semester; but I might have to stay home to take care of the family.

It's interesting to see your creations, Shadow. I don't know much about IMVU myself, but I took a look at some catalogue or such, and it didn't look like there was anything suitable for a mare. I think the head is a bit of a problem.

Glad you like it, also I would have preferred a slightly more chocolate shade for Constance, but then there can be difficulties finding matching ears and/or tails. At some point, I'd like to get a hold of photoshop and get some tutorials from my brother so that I can start making my own items. If I could get some samples of his work, I may add some links for commission requests from him. He'd probably enjoy the extra cash and a chance to expand his portfolio, but I'd have to discuss it with him when I see him over Christmas.

Well, the clothing description on Lance seemed to leave a something to be desired, or it could be that I'm remarkably tired for the early evening and misread something.

I'm seeing now an extra purpose behind this thread. Given that there is a gradually building backlog of avatars on the list to be made (remember not every fursona posted goes straight on the list), I almost provide a little bit of relief. Obviously what I produce may not be exactly what Vanessa comes up with, but I think having something to show is better than being without anything, since the time between the 6-month mark and the actual avatar creation may well get longer and longer.

So, I figured I know of someone who could probably use a little tension-breaker. I went ahead and decided to take a crack at Bon Bon's resident postmaster.



Not sure how well it matches up to expectation, but it's hard to try to improvise and still maintain a semblence of time-appropriate attire.
