Now, onto this William business. Who knows, maybe this can work out in Wilson's favor. He can't help himself around Mary, and we all see Mary is taking advantage of that situation. If Chaosengine is right, and Wilson starts crying and trembling, perhaps Mr. Blue will come up wondering what's taking so long. He'll see Mary forcing herself on top of Wilson, and be angry at her instead. Then, having her father burst in unexpected, she'll jump off Wilson, perhaps a embarrassed to find herself naked in front of her father once again, so she'll dive for the covers or her nightie.
With that opening, Wilson can run out of the room crying and putting up a dramatic scene, apologizing to Mr. Blue. Then he can fake his way of "leaving" the manor, ashamed at what happened. Mr. Blue will stop him, apologize for his daughter, and ask him to stay. That way, Mary would have to think twice about trying anything on Wilson, and William won't have to worry about losing control on her.
*Evil grin* Then again, perhaps I should write Mary a secret note, all the ways to seducing a gay man and convincing him to do what he normally wouldn't. To those of you who are confused, I'll just point to my background story.

I got all my money on William giving Mary what she wants, and I can't wait to see it happen, and the love that will spring from it. UGH, the suspence......the SUSPENCE!!

Since finding out that William/Wilson had to protect Mary's "honour", I've been constantly reminded of a similar situation in a book I've read. A warrior was ordered to protect a woman's honour until she married a prophesied leader, and was meant to be kept "clean" for him. The two of them wanted to get into each other's pants from the start, and eventually decided to damn it all and become a couple anyway. Then it turned out that he was destined to become that prophesied leader, so it didn't matter that they broke the promise. Basically, I've been hoping a similar thing will happen here; though now I've finally shared that thought, I've probably jinxed it.
