I fear if Simon ever learns or considers it for Mary. Lord knows he's the sort of man to even go outside of Bon Bon to get one made for her. It's one thing to be protective of your daughter in a town of sex. It's another entirely to be paranoid about it to the point you'll kill a man or woman who even touches her!

I seem to recall Vanessa stating that Mr.Blue Was bound to the land of Bonbon somehow, and couldn't leave, at least until Mary was married, I believe.

I suspect it would mean the man who married Mary would the be bound to the area, in his stead.
I also surmise that whole "Can't leave til she's married" happens to deal with the "Clan of the Talon" that Simon, and Red belong too *Refer to Volume 5*. |

Does anyone know how to get a hold of Vanessa? I want to make sure that my occupation change is ok with her before I start assuming things. I sent her an email though the Contact us link but i didn't get a response. I figure she's probably busy but just want to double check.

ya just give her time. i have never sent her any thing but from what i heard she dose take a little time to respond.

not to try and act to be cool but it happens I have quite the bounds with her and we use to communicate often (if ya remember I'm italian too after all :3). If Vanessa didn't reply I know it hasn't been done with any malice. If you want, unless it's something personal, I can help you communicate with her. Just trying to be useful :3

My Fersona is an engineer by profession and is currently developing and building a "heavier-then-air" ship. The superstructure is made from superlight materials such as silk, balsa wood and compressed paper in a combination developed in partnership with my sister and utilizing the new internal combustion engine as motive power. The flight capability will be provided by my own discovery, an element I have decided to call "Buggerit". Similar to Professor Cavor's Cavorite in that it provides Anti-Gravity properties, but to a greater and more controllable degree.
It also, when combined with other elements, is a very powerful explosive. A few ounces equivilent to almost a Ton of any conventional explosive.
