Sorry for the long hiatus, not much else to say about that.
Leaf, I would love to see a pic like that, would be awesome.
For everyone else, just give me a bit. I have a post typed up now, its short but it should get me rolling again.
Caroline, I'm not even going to try and top what you did so I'm going to play along and throw some zingers out there.

Based off of 65 Points, on BESM 2nd Edition, with the Medieval Fantasy
setting
Body: 5
Mind: 6
Soul: 6
Attack Combat Value: 8 (5 Base + 3 from Combat Mastery)
When using Daggers in melee: 9
When using Daggers as ranged: 9
Defense Combat Value: 7 (4 Base + 3 from Combat Mastery)
When using Daggers in melee: 8
When defending against ranged attacks: 8
Hit Points: 55
Energy Points: 60
Shock Value: 11
Attributes:
Appearance (Level 1): 1 Points (People consider Leaf handsome)
Combat Mastery (Level 3): 6 Points (Leaf’s spent some considerable time learning how to use his daggers)
Divine Relationship (Level 2): 2 Point (I figured Leaf would have some luck)
Extra Attack (Level 2): 8 Points (I figured Leaf would be a fast-multi-attack kinda guy, so this gives you two additional attacks/defenses a turn)
Flight (Level 2, cannot hover): 6 Points (Lets you do a spot of gliding, and short spurts of flying, but you cannot hover in one spot)
Heightened Senses, Hearing (Level 1): 1 Point (Rabbit ears and all)
Highly Skilled (Level 3): 3 Points (I figured Leaf picked up some skills on his travels, as well as from his time at the orphanage, and with the traveling scholars)
Jumping (Level 2): 2 Points (Leaf is a rabbit)
Kensai (Level 3, Two-Weapon Fighting, Lightning Draw, Judge Opponent): 3 Points
Item of Power (Level 3): 6 Points (You hint that Leaf's pendant is more than it seems)
Light Armor, Leather Baldric (Level 2): 2 Points (Reduces incoming damage by 5 points)
Personal Gear (Level 1): 1 Point, Daggers, Throwing Daggers, 2 sets of formal garb.
Tunneling (Level 2): 4 Points (Rabbits tunnel and burrow... and it just seemed to fit.)
Unique Advantage, Unknown Power (Level 1): 4 Points (In case there was a hidden ability Leaf hasn’t shown yet. Usually the GM grants a 50% Point bonus, when the power is unlocked… so, since it cost 4 points, when unlocked, you’d get 6 Points to spend on that particular power.)
Disadvantages:
Attack Limitation (-1 BP) (You said he prefers to stun/KO his opponents)
Skills: 50 (20 Base + 30 from Highly Skilled)
Cooking (Level 2): 2 Skill Points
Cultural Arts (Level 2), (Occult, Religion): 6 Skill Points
Linguistics (Level 2), (Trade, Devas): 6 Skill Points
Melee Attack (Level 1), (Daggers): 6 Skill Points
Melee Defense (Level 1), (Daggers): 6 Skill Points
Ranged Attack (Level 1), (Daggers): 6 Skill Points
Ranged Defense (Level 1): 4 Skill Points
Social Sciences (Level 2), (History): 3 Skill Points
Stewardship (Level 1) (Household Maintenance): 3 Skill Points
Swimming (Level 1): 1 Skill Point
Wilderness Survival (Level 2), (Forest): 7 Skill Points
Item of Power (Level 3): Family Pendant. 12 Item Points. Unique Advantage, Unkown Power, Level 4 (12 Points) (Wasn't sure if you wanted your pendant as a 'magic item', so I figured I would give it a super-power of sorts. When you unlock the pendant, you'd have some 18 points to play with... similar to the Unique Advantage I gave you and Hoshi.)

I'm doing pretty good I got myself an amazing new boyfriend. from our first date i already felt like we have been together forever he is such a great match for me! I hope our relationship continues to get stronger, I can really see myself growing old with him.

I've been waging some serious war Adept! Christmas ALWAYS has me on them Mall frontlines and carting gifts everywhere on this damn place.
That's still purty inexcusable for not posting or mentioning it, but I'll make a mental note to drop a message whenever Holidays decide to nuke my house. After I post.... I gotta go back downstairs to continue cleaning up the house. It's like a Hurricane went through down there!
