I liked it, gives everyone a bit of background into their past plus, it breaks the ice and starts getting the characters to at least respect each other to work together. One thing Wolf, you kind of made Crystal seem like a giggling idiot and very timid.

Well, the idea was to make her seem timid at the end. The Giggling idiot though... why do I have a feeling that was completely unintentional and typed that in at a wrong manner? Let me re-check to see if I get the part right.
EDIT: Let me guess. The giggle at the last part? That was meant as a means of showing that she's actually happy that they aren't about to murder each other on the cart.

Yeah, she's pissing me off with her manipulative language and foul attitude, but damnit if she isn't eloquent and effectively so. It reminds me of those verbal assasins for hire from the RenFaires that insult the intelligence of your enemy by waxing prose like Shakespeare... They never realize what poisonous barbs have been injected into their brains. Awesome! I just wonder which piece is being cunningly reserved for the kill shot.
