the one thing i hate the most is when some one contradicts my motherly commands right in front of my daughter ...like last night we were letting Cassie play on the covered porch cause even tho it was raining it was warm but the temp was dropping and i told her to come in and get shoes and a coat on and my grandmother contradicted me saying it was plenty warm which pisses me off to no end.....i pointed out the temperature in a fairly loud voice and my grandmother told me to shut up right there in front of my daughter
you have no idea how angry i am right now still _________________ Star Silver

A novel written in the late 1960's( when there was a world wide youth movment) In which there had been a youth revolution and every one over the age of 21 was executed. From then on every one upon reaching the age of 21 had to be euthanised., Logan chooses to live and goes on the run to find a place called Sanctuary where it was said you could grow old. _________________ Terminus: http://forums.pleasurebonbon.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=239198#239198

My father recently came to live with my partner and myself for health reasons. He is 82 with several serious medical conditions. It has not been easy, I myself am still off work with both of my feet in air-casts, so I am not as mobile as I would wish to be.
My father has reverted to being child-like on occasion, such as recently he could not find his paying in book for his bank account. He said he could not find it, but refused to let me or my partner Sarah look for it in his room.
Yet he badgered me to take him to the bank and get a new one.
The consequence was half a dozen trips, at a moments notice once twice in one day, back and forth to the bank on the bus with both the bank manager and myself explaning everything to my father repeatedly and then he would ether not understand, hear properly and or exclaim in a loud voice what he thought of the bank and its employees.
I finally lost my temper with him, when he disappeared while I was apologizing to the manager. I walked around the town for nearly an hour and on a pair of crutches that is not fun. I even called into the police station and asked if he had be found. Eventually I came home to find him stitting in front of the TV drinking tea.
I exploded. My father said "I'm sorry if I've upset you. But I don't think I've done anything wrong. My reply was why [word censored] ing say sorry then if you don't mean it.
I love my father dearly but, sometimes I feel like throwing myself under the bus.
Sarah wrapped in a nutshell when she said " Now you know what it's like to be a parent.". _________________ Terminus: http://forums.pleasurebonbon.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=239198#239198

yeah that's not fun ....but it....doesn't help me ....i know what its like to be a parent i have a 2 year old ....but my parents garage is full of my stuff i have no room for but hope to take with me when i get my own place and my mother wanted to get rid of my love seat with out even asking me ...and when she told me she was doing it and i said i didn't want to get rid of the love seat because it was still a comfortable couch just needed a good shampooing or cloth cover she wouldn't yield....and i reverted to pleading and crying becasue its mine and she didn't even ask me so she proceeded to scream at me that i'm 25 and i sound like my two year old so i hung up on her and called my dad and asked him to not get rid of my couch and he said ok but it was moms decision and i said "but mom said it was up to you" then mom called me and yelled at me some more about going over her head and calling my dad and i apologized for acting like a teen but i didn't like that she wouldn't even take my feelings into account in that situation and i did the only thing i could think of _________________ Star Silver

Who? Cruella DeVill, Emperor Palpatine, and Lucifer?? What you do for your child and how you make us feel proves otherwise! We love you, Hoshi! _________________ "In Excelsis Neo."
