Fallout: Dead End (Closed: For Now)

Roderick: Ya here you go *Hands Alejandro the Purified Water and takes his Caps* The supply's where meant to go to Vault 55; but they didn't finish it before the bombs fell so there won't be anything there....And I don't know where the Vault is. I need at least 2 more people to go; I want a four point defense as we go. So we wont get ambushed by raiders or mutants.

He takes the 20 caps and goes over to a small closet and opens it up. It is full of stuff as well; but its full of Some expensive looking Energy Weapons and Explosives. There is even a Mini-Nuke Launcher and a small pile of Mini-Nukes laying next to it. He put the caps into a big wooden box that is full of them.

Roderick: But we will have help at night so we can sleep.

He pulls out what looks like a 2 foot square box on wheels and sets it down and flicks a switch. The lid opens and out pops a Auto-Turret. It scans the room and points at the other two. Roderick plays with the settings and it simply sites there.

Roderick: During the day we can make our way to the HQ and at night the Auto-Turret can guard us so we can all sleep.

Everett stared at the auto turret. It was similar to the ones that helped guard Dead End's capitol building. "where'd you ever get your hands on one of those?" He asked.

Roderick: This thing took me 2 years worth of saving up to buy from a scavenger how found it in a Army Fort up north. Also I have a nice workbench down stairs; I also have some mods that I can attach to your weapons.....Even that electrosword you have.

He goes to the refrigerator and grabs a Nuka-Cola and opens and drinks it quickly. He goes over to a door and opens it; it leads down to a staircase and down to a basement.

Roderick: Come on down....I'll mod your weapons if you want; or maybe you would like to buy some of the weapons I have down here.

He walks down stairs and turns on the lights.

Everett began to follow Roderick down the stairs. He didn't quite trust the auto turret either, but they would need some sort of protection anyway, if they were out in the wasteland.

Downstairs there are hundreds of different types of weapons & Box after Box of Ammo. And a large work bench that seems to have every type of tool you could need.

Roderick: Well how about Explosive Rounds for your Magnum...Or how about this...*He Holds up a Power Fist*...I have mods for any weapon. Which one of you would like me to Mod your weapon first?

The downstairs was packed fuller than any armory in Dead End. Stacked wall to wall with ammo, weapons, boxes; everything. Everett took his rifle off of his back, gave it a once-over, and said "no thanks, been with me too long to change now"

Roderick: It will cost a Cap per Round...I'm giving you a discount because You'll need them when we go...And when we get the other two people; where going to train for a week. So that we can get to know each other and so we all can expand our skills.

He reaches to a metal box full of Explosive tipped Magnum rounds.

Roderick: There are 500 In here and it will come with two Auto-Loaders. And for the training I have these.

He lifts up a cardboard box full of magazines & Books.

he quickly counts out the 500 Caps and hands him the box of round.

Roderick: Each of the rounds is like a micro grenade. The local gun smith makes them from hallow points. I get them real cheap in bulk. The two auto loaders are your to. Also it might not take a week it all depends on how quick you guys can read. I've saved these books for years; I've planned this expedition for over 5 years making sure it will go perfectly. So what are you two going to want to learn about. I have books about anything. Also if you guys have enough caps....about 2,000-3,000 I know the local brotherhood elder and he has a state of the art medical center...And they can give you some cybernetics...Like dermal plating or something else. He owes me a favor so he could do it cheap. He's where I got the turret from I trade them all the extra ammo I get and I build up credit. So just tell me if you want some work done; I'll split the price with ya. But the procedure will take about the time we would need for training so it ether that or training.

He seems to be rambling a lot as he organizes stacks of ammo; searching though piles of weapons and clips.

Everett stared at Roderick as he rambled on. He didnt really pick up on much of what he said, but simply replied, "I think I'll stick with training. I dont trust anything 'medical' in Dead End."

Alejandro gets out a normal round of his magnum and puts an explosive round, he rolls the drum and takes the magnum back to his holster "Im ready to go"

spike opened the door for her and demon and lead the way while keeping his eye on demon.

"hmmm it's not far from here about 10 mintutes walk away let go and seee what this guy want's but if he want's my help it's gonna cost a hell load of cap's.

after there walk they reaced the place of the adrress unlike ordnary people who would knochk softly with there knukles spike smacked the ddor with his foot and made demon howl really loudly.

Hearing the knock and howl Roderick got real paranoid....He grabbed a nearby handgun and made his way up stairs. He looked out the window quickly and saw the two there. He opened the door a little and with the gun right behind the door.

Roderick: What do you......three want....Is this about the Chems I sold to the local Doc....If it is he told me to get them for him; I'm just the go between.....

There was a breeze of cold air coming from the small crack he opened.

Everett gave Alejandro and curious look before saying, "Looks like we have company." He slowly ascended the stairs, and stood in the doorway. Roderick was speaking through a small crack in the door, so Everett leaned to his side so he could see the visitors from the window. He saw two standing at the door, one who looked surprisingly familiar, but he couldnt remember how.
