Who would be the patron saint of BonBon?

Having read a recent addition to my Fortean Library on the customs, traditions and folk-lore of England, it set me thinking.
Most towns and cities in Europe have a patron saint, some have more then one. It intrigued me as to who would be the patron saint of BonBon?
After a little research, I found a possible candidate.
It is is St Nicolas of Myra ( AKA Santa Claus) who is according to most sources the patron saint of, sailors, merchants, prostitutes, thieves, students and children.
It seemed to me rather logical, not just for the most obvious profession, but also because of the students, merchants( BonBon is renown for its bank) and of course Randy the Thief.
I know the subject of religion is a some what taboo one, and if this post causes offence I will withdraw it at once.
I would like to point out that this post is intended to create polite debate and not unpleasant antagonism.
