Sometimes some countries prevent it's citizens from accessing certain sites based overseas (e.g. China). Though there are ways of circumventing national internet filtering software.

well gantros your full of surprises how do u get past the software with out a hack if u can tell me than please because i am tired of having to brake the U.S software when i want to look at china's stuff because for some reason they like to try and block it and its making me mad

I live in the US so I don't have to worry about filtering software, at least not yet...

Actually that happens to me sometimes as well. Usually takes anywhere from an hour or so to a day or two before it'll load properly. Then again I am stuck using the Compaq POS at work.

I've noticed that some DNS servers have problems with the BonBon main site (like the one of my ISP *grrr*) I've tried a few free ones, they have no problems loading the page.
The one I'm working with atm is 208.67.222.222
