... you were to wake up one day and notice you've become your own PBB character yourself? Myself, I'd love that! I mean, it would be just too cool to be me in that case  My life would have a dramatic change all of a sudden tho, I'm sure it would be hard to even go out without having people trying to harm me as they would prolly freak out!

I think that would be awsome, too.
Though, I've already been doing that. When I go to sleep or take a nap, I've always dream of myself becoming my PBB character, living in BonBon, and talking to other character at BonBon. :3 |

If I woke up in fursona form as a citizen of Bon Bon, I would probably enjoy it after the shock and period of adjustment settled. But if I woke up in fursona form where I live now, I would not be nearly as happy. I'd have to become a complete introvert, lest I run the risk of being hated and ridiculed by most everyone who saw me. Not to mention the various medical and governmental corperations that would come after me, wishing to study me in absolute detail. *shiver*

me and some of the others talked about this in "random talks" bottom of page 6,7, and i think also 8 in general discussions.Me it would be awesome. Oh and symphony just because you become your avatar doesn't mean you change who you are.

Okay, I was just thinking of it as the whole fursona. Both the physical side as well as the personality. My fursona isn't a furry version of me or who I'd like to be. It's a character I'd like to see Vanessa draw, so in many ways, becoming my fursona would be even stranger than becoming a furry version of myself.

Anyone who's read up on my character would know that if I were to wake up as my PBB character, I wouldn't know what to think, only because I would more than likely be hung over.

As for myself, I think that as long as I was turned into Johnny Six-Killer within the confines of a fleshed-out Furry Victorian world like Bon Bon, I'd be pretty enthusiastic.

Me, I'd have a handful of problems... BIG ones.
Namely,how does one learn to, um, "hit the toilet" with a friggin' CLOACA? And, aside from that, I'd have to get used to a fish-only diet, because if you think I'm going to the garden with a showel to get bugs and earthworms to snack on, you better think again.
On the other hand, having a radar-like electrosense and a dam powerful poison spur would be kinda sweet... |

I think the one thing that would freak me out would be the 4 fingers thing. I like all of my fingers. Everything else would take a little time but I think that I would eventually enjoy myself.

Being a black cat, who makes watches in Bon Bon, and sorta has a vampiric quality about himeself, without being a vampire. YEAH I'd fit right in, but only for Bon Bon. But my REAL fursona, the one I take everywhere, especially on Yiffstar. HELLS YEAH, I'de be him in an instant, my gentleman decorum, my crescent moon tattoos going through my eyes, all gold an on my fur, and long black hair, baggy black pants with the letter R on its left leg, and a black long sleeved button shirt and vest with golf designs.....It would leave me speechless and smiling ear to ear. Though I'd have to forsake the sun, since I'd be a True vampire, but my blood lust when fighting, evil killing sprees when threatened, and a cool as sword that allows me to summon all the souls I've devoured in 500 years, marchng under my command. <-------- Oh yeah....AGAIN I'm in heaven.

It'd be interesting to say the least to wake up and find myself a demon hunting, vampire slaying, paranormal battleing kangaroo. It'd be fantastic to be someone better than who I am normaly. But Ashton did bring up some good drawback points.

For me, I think I wouldn't leave the house except for nightfall, for the various reasons Ashton stated. Not to mention, with my figure, I think I'd be the target of many predators.

Were it to happen to me, I can certainly tell you what I'd be publishing papers on for the rest of my life.
So... I'd be furry, sexy, *and* perpetually self-employed. Win. 
Not sure why some of you would fear us researching types... We're a kindly bunch. Honest! Please, turn yourself over to science should this ever happen. I'd take good care of you.

Unfortunatly, Frauline Doktor, not all researching types are you. Otherwise, no one would hesitate to turn themselves over to science.

After that...I have no idea. Try to remain calm while figuring out what happened. After that...eh I would just shrug and get on with my new life.

It would certainly be a different life... my BonBon character's species is something I'm comfortable with, but his liefstyle and job are very far removed from what I'm used to.
So I sure hope waking up in that fursona comes with all his memories and skills, cause otherwise Captain Merriwether is probably going to need to change jobs.

That's a good point... I'd hate to get Mr. Six-Killer fired from his job as a performing trick-shootist just because I've never fired a live firearm before in my life.

As one who has never let his physical apperance or social status impede his way of life, I think I would still carry on as normal and calmly explain the situation to all who ask.
Having been through a deployment and military training, retelling the stories to all your friends and family members teaches you patience and self-control.
I know I'd grow a bit taller, but my worry would be more on how much my libido would change.
