well... the ball doesn't haven't to end in issue6...
could be a continuation... in next issue...
could be a cliff hanger...
question is, if simon will let mary go to the ball or not accompanied by william.
since betty mentioned, that red might meet william at the ball.

I haven't really thought of the possiblity that the ball could continue into issue 7. I guess I just assumed that it would only be in issue 6.
And did Betty mention meeting William at the ball? I think that I've seen an old post by Vanessa about the ball taking place the night before Mary goes to Bon Bon with William. But I'm not sure now. I'll have to look through issue 5 as well to see what Betty says about William.

Sorry. I sorta assumed that she meant the "ball" but she didn't exactly say the ball. On page 18 of issue 5.
basically she said, stick around here and you might meet him. hmm...

I second that. Looking forward to seeing how that's going to play out.
I, too notice that each story/mini-story fits into the predetermined length of each issue and it usually works rather well. Many times, these side plots/encounters/affairs (i.e. Red+Mary) usually last at least 3 panels; sometimes a little more which I thoroughly enjoy. Especially when I see the lovely Daphne.
Hope there's still another panel or two left in that sequence. I hate to see it end just like any of them. |

Something I've really noticed in issue 5 and 6, is the detail of the fur whenever Vanessa draws a close-up. Particularly fur in the pubic region, like in the latests pages of Daphne. I really like how nice and soft Vanessa makes it look.

Man, how the time flys. I'll have to check in more often if given the free time at work. Being a 3rd shifter makes the days fly, but enough jabbering.

I have an account at Yiffstar that I use primarily for my fanfic (links are in my sig below), but no drawings just yet. I honestly don't have any friends nearby who have scanners, so I might see if I can squirrel away enough money to buy myself a new scanner/printer for Christmas.
I also signed up for a FurAffinity account a couple years ago, but I don't use it for anything, really...
[edit]Oh, I just had an idea! Since Vanessa allowed me to post a couple of her pictures from the site on Yiffstar, do you mind if I post your picture of Mr. Six-killer and Dr. Fuchs on there as well? I'll definitely make sure to credit you as the artist. It was just a thought, since it's going to be a while before I hash-out the next chapter of my story, and I wanted to post something new on there until then. Another option is for me to write a short, one-shot story between the chapters with some other characters I created. Let me know what you think

Definitely an interesting twist of "Putting the icing on the cake" ... that's probably not as good as Johnny's pun, but there it is.
