Being able to discuss the story, the characters, and other furry related things here, is pretty important to me, which is why PBB is the paysite I spend the most time frequenting. I'm currently a member of one other furry paysite, and one other paysite, but those are just sites with content and no community. I like to talk about what's on the site, and Vanessa's comic is a perfect thing to talk about, because there is so much story and detail in it. And also many likable characters and some really hot sex. I like it all.

You know, looking back on it. Perhaps Mr. Blue's reasons are all nonsense. Perhaps just hearing that Red is having affairs with the girls at Bon Bon was enough for him to call it off. After all, he's very protective of Mary, and so I assume that he wouldn't want Mary to marry such a man. He'd want someone for Mary to be true and loyal to her.
Though, without knowing that, perhaps that is why Red goes out and joins the clan. By the order of his father, or even his own guilt, to become a member and marry Mary.
Bleh, marry Mary...its going to be tough not getting that mixed up here and there in everyone's messages. *shakes his head* You couldn't of had someone else getting married instead of the girl who's name is a homophone could you Vanessa?

No, not that one. I've read of many members here who found PBB through vixine, but I've never been a member of vixine, although I can't remember which site I found first. The other one I'm currently a member of is sexyfur.

He does seem remarkably calm when telling Edward. He doesn't seem upset at all, and I think you're correct in that he probably wouldn't want to have Mary married to someone who was cheating on her.

With the latest page mentioning the two deadline, I'm really looking forward to what happens in 1892. The engagement is broken off by that time and Red leaves Bon Bon. I have some more thoughts on it, but I'd first like to see if the conversation between Edward and Simon is over.

I'm not quite sure about Simon's character and the "habits" at this time, but maybe Red's affairs are not that bad in his eyes? Surely, he's not happy about this, but could it be that he prefers an "experienced" gentleman to marry Mary? (ahh not again ) According to what I've read so far he knows Red quite well (and I think that is why he chose him), maybe in his eyes Red has his "wild times" now and will be a true and loyal husband when he marries Mary? (my apologies, I couldn't resist  )

Possibly GreenFox, but it seems theres something more to it. Perhaps it is a thing with Red and his father not being part of the clan.

| From the looks of the latest page, I guess we now know how Mary is able to receive letters from Betty and the forbidden published tales of passion by Daphne. Though I'm sure that's not the only "trick" they have up their sleeves for communication. |

I find it interesting that Betty gives Mary an erotic book, and not a romance novel, when Mary talks about learning about true love between a boy and a girl. Is this Betty's idea of love, or does she just want Mary to learn about sex?

Perhaps, Symphony, the mix up is indeed their different views. Betty may only know physical love since she was just a poor, abused girl growing up, while Mary still believes in true love that goes beyond the physical realm. There may be a mix on emotions and meanings there, but we'll only know with time and the hints Vanessa drops us.

I think last time poor Ronald couldn't think properly (and thus didn't mind his tounge) because of a small blood pressure problem (as in blood wandering down from his head to another organ ... I guess this is a common male problem ^^ )
