Based off of 65 Points, on BESM 2nd Edition, with the Medieval Fantasy setting

Body: 6
Mind:5
Soul: 6
Attack Combat Value: 5
When using Swords: 7
Defense Combat Value: 3
When using Swords in melee: 5
When defending against ranged attacks: 4

Hit Points: 70 (60 Base +10 from Damn Healthy!)
Energy Points: 45
Shock Value: 14

Attributes:
--Appearance (Level 2): 2 Points (People consider Aline quite attractive)
--Damn Healthy! (Level 1): 1 Points (Gives you more hit points)
--Dynamic Sorcery (Level 3): 12 Points (Lets you cast spells like lightning bolts, magic weapon, and light)
--Flight (Level 3, cannot hover): 9 Points (Lets you fly around like a dragon, but you cannot hover in one spot)
--Healing ( Level 1): 4 Points (Lets you heal others)
--Highly Skilled (Level 1): 1 Point (Gives you slightly more skill points)
--Light Armor, Dragon Skin (Level 2): 2 Points (Reduces incoming damage by 5 points)
--Regeneration (Level 2): 8 Points (Lets you regenerate health at 1 point a turn, even while active)
--Size Change (Level 2, grow only): 2 Points (Lets you grow up to 50% from your human form… i.e., if 6’, you can grow to 9’. Also gives bonus to melee damage)
--Super Strength (Level 1): 3 Points (Can lift up to about 500kg, and all melee attacks are at +10dmg)
--Unique Advantage, Wealth (Level 1, in Dragon Cove): 2 Points (Aline’s a dragon, so I figured she’d have a dragon hoard)
Unique Advantage, Unknown Power (Level 1): 4 Points (In case there was a hidden ability Aline hasn’t shown yet. Usually the GM grants a 50% Point bonus, when the power is unlocked… so, since it cost 4 points, when unlocked, you’d get 6 Points to spend on that particular power.)

Disadvantages:
Racism Dragon (-1 BP) (You’re a dragon in a land of mammals)
Unique Disadvantage: Naïve (-1 BP) (You’re character knows of the world, but hasn’t spent a lot of time in it.)

Skills: (30 skill points)
Linquistics (Level 3), (Cthuthonic, Dragonic, Trade): 9 skill points
Medical (Level 1), (First Aid): 5 Skill Points
Melee Attack ( Level 1), (Sword): 6 Skill Points
Melee Defense (Level 1), (Sword): 6 Skill Points
Ranged Defense (Level 1): 4 Skill Points

Aline... I noticed I added up your points incorrectly. You had 1 spare point. So... I upped your Mind from 4 to a 5, since Aline has noticeable mystical skills, and mind is one of the magic-type stats. Doing so also gave you 5 additional Energy points. ))
