That's what you think. The asvolt is so hot the rain dosen't affect it. It is the black rubber not the grey rock. It isn't concreat so it dosn't affect it.

Ah, I see. You're laying road stuff, bitumen and tar and shit. Yeah, that stuff gets pretty hot. But still, even in a heavy downpour, I highly doubt you'd be sent to do much cos a heavy rain would cool that stuff. Maybe not overly fast, but probably too fast to allow proper laying.
