A Banned Cartoon from the 1990's

A few days ago, I was surfing around Youtube bored out of my mind. Suddenly, I came across a cartoon short that was from an old show I used to watch as a kid. What was odd about it, though, was that it was actually banned from television and that I had never seen it before. Here is the short in picture:

I remember seeing that episode as a kid. Made me stop watching the whole show when mom saw it. I did'nt even know it was banned afterwards.

Now I remember, my dad often recorded episodes of this and it was on VHS for me for awhile.
