The problem is you're using mobile Youtube. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and in the footer there is a hyperlink to Desktop Youtube, click it and the video should play and in Youtube's regular layout.

I posted this because I thought it was interesting, but also this goes along with my Aerospace class. As a fun little activity my instructor will give a scenario of a plane crash and we have to figure out what caused it. Then the next day he will show us what actually happened.
If you'd like I can post the link of said crash video, though it approximately an hour and a half video.
