The lead has diminished part of the prefrontal lobe and this could be very dangerous situation.To understand this clearly,the prefrontal lobe dictates right and wrong choices based on your actions.In Desert's case he could easily hurt somebody and not care.I wish the news was better but it is what it is.

I know some of you want a good end to what has happened to Desert but this may not be what people want to read.As some of you know,some of Desert's prefrontal lobe was damaged from the lead in his system which controls your right from wrong decision making as well as social control.I'm not a mental health person but in layman's terms it means Desert can get angry and violent with little regard to the consequences.With that said I'm not sure at this point if Desert should be allowed to come back or if he does,what will set him off.For the time being I don't see Desert coming back for the foreseeable future until I can figure this out further.
