| Giveon pulled out a red handkerchief and tucked it under his collar. The first thing he tried was his green chile stew. He got a spoon full and cooled it down and swallowed it. "Not to shabby, not quite the bite of a Hatch Green Chile, but not bad." He exclaimed quite happily. "Miss, I would be quite offended if you turned down a taste of this stew." Giveon directed towards Eliza. |

| Giveon turned most of his attention to his own meal, enjoying a bite of steak with each spoonful of stew. Yet through the meal he managed to steal glances with the lovely lady across from him. |

Even after the plates had arrived, Grimm only maintained himself face planted and didn't even bother to look up. It was only then that no one was looking that suddenly the entire Bear Steak, which was considerably large, dissapeared from the plate without a single trace of where it had been. None of the garlic bits or sauce had even fallen on the table, but the small bits that were left on the plate were evident that the steak was there at some point. The answer was, that Grimm ate it in a matter of seconds. How he did so though.....was a mystery.

| Giveon had noticed that Grimm the panther, had remained with his face to the table. His meal had been brought, yet he hadn't moved while Giveon and Eliza had dug in. Giveon began to say something to the panther, but when he went to the steak was gone. "Thats strange" Giveon thought to himself. He returned to his meal, a few more bites of steak and a couple of spoonfuls of stew left. |

Finishing his meal up, Giveon returned all of his attention to his two guests.
"Well that was good," he exclaimed, "I was getting tired of veal and potatoes." He then looked at little miss Eliza, "Where did you put it all?" he asked her. "Quite alot of food for a dainty gal like you." |

Giveon finished stretching and returned himself to a polite posture, he gave Eliza a big ornery smile. Then he turned to Grimm, "Thank you for the meal, I really do appreciate it, we'll have to do this again real soon; but I'll treat next time." Giveon said to his generous but awfully quiet host. |

Giveon noticed miss Eliza scoot her chair away from him a short distance.
"Odd," he thought to himself.
"I don't have an offending odor about me, do I miss?" he questioned. He felt she had scooted away from him, because of something about him. |

Giveon was grinning back at Eliza. "The way this weather has been, I'd say that sounds quite appropriate miss." he stated to the lovely vixen. Giveon now had conflicting thoughts of his own, wonderful thoughts of desire conflicted with thoughts from the past as well his personal restraint.

Giveon was nearly speechless, but a healthy gift for the gab allowed the wily coyote to respond appropriately. "My dear miss I would be a fool to not take you up on your offer and I would love to spend the rest of the evening with you." he said to the empathetic young lady. His internal conflicts were numbed desires had taken over, Giveon thought to himself "I deserve this, it will help me achieve happiness." |

"Little miss you are a dear, but I'll take care of it." Giveon rose from his seat. He turned to the panther, "Thank you again sir for the meal, it was quite good, and remember I got to get back with you some time." Giveon stated to his gracious host.
Giveon and miss Eliza left the restaurant and headed for a hotel, Giveon's left arm wrapped around the vixen's waste as they strolled. |
