A trip to the 1700s (Open Rp, by Jane)

About darn tootin time I made a RP. Though I figure..... no Pirate RP's well we need to have some Pirate RP's. Now since this is the 1700s we have to make some characters. Though i want to lay some ground rules before we finece the whole thing itself.

1. You must be prepared to actually write something that has a meaning or some purpose. Not single line posts

2. You may abduct woman...... but no R word

3. If you are eliminated the person who eliminates you may kill you. This willl be based off realism, thus if you are standing in the middle of a hail of bullets....... = YOUR SCREWED BUDDY.

4. Overall just try to be decent

5. Try to be historical as possible

6. There will be a posting order until said otherwise.

7. Badda bing baddaboom there you go, if anymore rules need to be added, let me know.

Bio: Katmir was born the bastard kit of an even bigger bastard pirate of the Barbary Coast in a Moroccan port. Katmir got over his seasickness rather quickly swabbing the deck since sweeping upper middle class feces was rather boring. He learned the way of the blade the hard way and the art of picking locks thanks to the generosity of the East India Shipping Company. His specialty with using the grappling hook came from his hesitation in boarding ships. He was forced at cannon point to throw the first hook every time. Feeling compassion for those kidnapped into slavery is why Katmir was left marooned after shelling out the equivalent of 1,ooo pounds. Now liberated he has a new outlook on life as a freebooter, lending his paw and his sword to free that booty.

Bio: Born in Jamestown Carl’s father was a fisherman and wanted his son to learn the trade. Carl however had no love for fishing, let alone for a father that beat’s his mother. Late one night he killed his father and ran off to the Caribbean. There he joined a crew of traders heading off to Africa. Along the way their ship was attacked by pirates. Impressed by tactics and brutality Carl left the ship and joined the pirate crew. After a few years the ship he was apart of was attacked by a Spanish warship and was sunk. Luckily for Carl, called Frost Eyes by this time due to his Deep Blue eyes and frost like stare, he escaped and made it to the Barbary Coast. He’s made a name for himself as a hard fighter and a no nonsense individual.

Personality: Heart of the party. Albeit a little silent, he won't shut up once you get him talking or drunk and when it comes to women now.....the quicker he gets them in bed, the better.

Bio: He's never ever heard of a life besides one of piracy. Ever since a wee youngling, his old man taught him the ropes on how to become a pirate, from hoisting the main sail, to manning the cannons, to even be one of the most disturbing cutthroats in the seven seas. Having been born in the small island in the Atlantic known as Puerto Rico, spanish corsairs, pirates, marauders and cutpurses were the crowd he grew and knew. To this day and age, the greatest day of his life was when he casted mutiny on his father, where he very well said "Son, this is the happiest day of my life.". He's been manning his crew and leaving women unable to walk for a week ever since.
