Niam watched the exchange with mild interest, from what he gathered Henk was always like that in some form or another. Perhaps it was all the perfume? Niam could only guess. Holding the glass in his hand Niam swirled the liquid around inside for a moment then took another drink, setting the now emptied glass down upon the Bar.

"Many thanks," said Niam to Ewan. "It was most excellent." Turning on his bar stool Niam eyed the Billiards table. Turning back Niam made a small gesture indicating the said table. "Mind if I have a go...?"

Ewan was having a huge rip at the circumstances. "Good ol' Henk, always good for a laugh, aren't ya? Aye, I'll get him set up proper." Ewan hurriedly rushed about to pick up the order that Cassandre had ordered for him.

The otter had his back turned during the case of the emptying wallet, and although he overheard Drodel speaking to Cassandre, he decided to let it pass.

He came back with a glass and dish for Henk, then turned to Niam.

"Mate, not a soul has broken those billiards since I got it. What a waste, eh? Shes German, and she cost me 500 bloody florins! Please, for all that is sacred, break the bastard in!"

"Of course, my dear, of course," smiled Ewan. "Let's see now, a change from a stout, something... french I think. Perhaps... Ah!" Ewan reached forward and plucked a bottle from the shelf. He spun the bottle once before displaying the label. Pastis.

"It's an anise liquer," said the bartender as he brought the drink together in a simple shaker containing ice. As he poured the liquid in and began shaking it among the ice to make it very cold. "I picked it up during my travels in the south of France. And to make it even more interesting, I think..." Ewan reached below the drink arches into one of the cabinets. He pulled out a labeless bottle, however the foil top betrayed the contents. It was champagne. Ewan added one part of champagne for every two parts of Pastis into a tall glass.

"A man I once knew showed me this drink, he was an amazing writer and he used to say that this was the only thing that could help someone think properly," The otter continued to muse. "Hear you are Miss Cassandre. Death in the Afternoon."

She took the drink, and put down some money. She took a sip, and smiled."Hey, this is good..Although the name is a bit funky...Ah, I don't care, as long as the drink is nice." She took another nut from Henk's bowl. "Hmm...Cashew...Those are good too." she finished her drink and put the glass down. "Come here ya big lug." she said to Ewan. She gave him a hug ,and a kiss, and went to the door. "I'm going to leave, while henk is passed out, so I don't have to get another massage. Bye!" She opened the door and left.

Henk slepted until the next morning in the pub. When he woke up,he saw Ewan gave him some break fast.

" Heeee ooooh, man my head who's playing with those church bells at this time of the day, oooh why why?"

Henks head was hearing load noises from the smallest movement.

Crimson pinched the bridge of his nose as he watched Henk. He emptied his glass and placed it on the bar table. "One more mate to end the night." Crimson asked Ewan. He watched the newcomer and Henk as he waited for his drink.

((Henk, matey, wait a quick sec. I figure we'll wrap up the evening real soon, then we can get to you passing out on my floor for a kip ))

"Sure thing, Crimson." Ewan quickly rounded up a glass and filled it. He slid it in front of the bat.

Ewan leaned onto the bar with a sigh and looked around. It was getting on, about time the otter closed up. Maybe in an hour or so. Ewan grabbed a sipping glass, filled it with ice, and whisked a bottle of whiskey off the shelf. He poured himself a drink.

After replacing the bottle, Ewan raised his glass to those still in the pub. "Cheers, lads, it has been a fine evening. Thanks for swinging by the Golden Glass. This is last call!" Ewan happily toasted his customers and took a large swig from the glass.

His golden eyes fell on Henk, who had passed out again. Reptile cant keep himself together, even after only a few. I'll move him to a booth couch for the night.

Niam had gotten off his bar stool and walked over to the table, grabbing a pool cue he leaned it against the table and started setting up the balls. Soon he got in position hit the ball, making the break and the eight ball bouncing off of the other balls landed itself in the corner pocket. Niam decided that maybe he wasn't as good as he thought...

Then Ewan called the last round. Niam, having put the balls and cue away by now walked back over to hit seat and picked up his bag.

"Many thanks for the drink, Ewan." Said Niam, whom then made his exit.

Henk slept the hole night and morning until Ewan wakes him up. With a glass of water. Henk looks to the otter with red drunken eyes.

"Hey Ewan cloud you tell were is the shower, the toilet and a towel, in your house? Quickly I have to puke, to pee, to shower and have a clear head before I do something wrong?" Henk was a little shaky.

Ewan had allowed the cobra to remain the night in the pub. As Ewan was going to get his day started, he shook the cobra awake.

"Aye, mate, public toilet is right through there. No way you're getting at my private quarters," said the otter with a laugh as he gestured to the bathroom in the back of the pub. "Do your vomiting and other business there. After, I'll let you up to the apartment for a wash. Mean time, I need to find myself some food."

It was morning in the town of BonBon, the town was just starting to stir as Aiden rolled out of bed and fell to the floor and layed there for awhile. Ugh i really don't want to get up today. "Well i guess i have to or else there will be no light in BonBon" Aiden pulled himself up off the floor and got dressed. "Time to start a new day." Aiden grabed his hat and walked out the door.

Henk made some eggs with cheese for him self, with some tea and bread with jam his breakfast was complete.

Henk then decided to tease the otter a bit. He let his tail tickle the feat of Ewan and warp around his tail.

Ewan felt what Henk was up to and playfully conked him on the head. "Easy, mate, easy. If you want a little attention, I reckon we should head down to the castle. Maybe check in with our friends from last night, see if everyone recovered alright."

Ewan took a sip of his coffee. He looked at it, cringed a little, then pulled out his flask and added a shot of whiskey.

Sipping again, he sighed. "Ah, that's the stuff. So, mate, what say you?"

"Whiskey?! In the morning?! Come on, 5 drinks of that and I will dance naked on the roofs, forget my honor and have sex with everyone in my path?" Henks voice was angry, but than he became calm again.

"Ewan, I know you for a while. Do you really want me drunk and let the beast out in me? " Henk walked to the otter and flexed his muscles.

When he was next to the otter, who was still sitting, Henks tongue licked the shoulder of Ewan. "Do really want me to become the monster again that I was once? I hate my self, about my other side, I hate it. I lost everything thanks to it and now you asking me to lose the things I have now here? Why did something wrong to you, tell me Ewan? What did I wrong to you?" Henk fell on his knees and laid his head against the chest of the otter who was shocked by Henks reaction.

"Whoa whoa, mate!" Ewan said as he ducked away a bit. "All and all is well, mate, but I truly have no idea what you're on about. I poured myself a wee bit of whiskey to put in my coffee all because it may as well be my lifeblood, but I never said you needed to have any. And considering how much you had last night I figure that youve had enough for a day or so."

Ewan brushed off his sleeve a bit. "And I'll be clear now, mate, I'm not sure what kind of past you've had. But this is Bon Bon, pal. I won't ask, and if'n you feel don't like it, you don't have to tell. But I really am clueless as to where this all came from though. I thought we gonna head down to the Castle and find a nice girl or two."

Ewan downed another sip of coffee, still slightly wary of the cobra.
