Wandering around town looking for an eating establisment, Dillon began thinking to himself.

"I wonder if Lidia is going to tattle on me to the law".,.."she usually likes to confront me herself so i doubt it but i can't shake this sinking feeling i have about her"

Dillon stumbles around town before he finally manages to find his destination. He strolls up to a table and takes a seat.

After finishing her walk outside of Bonbon, she entered the town gate where she meets the street full of people walking, talking, and such. It is her first time seeing this town and decides to look around more before finding a place to eat and maybe make acquainting to the folks here.

(This is the outfit she is wearing now: I know, I use Tektek. This is the closest thing I can come up with, I am very sorry if this outfit not suited, I not good with clothing description, also, she's a ferret.)

Recieving his meal, Dillon graciously thanks the waitress. He takes a big gulp of that black liquid that feels him with warmth and gives him the strenght to continue on. As he munches on his veggies he takes a gander around the room. "Whoa!, I guess with all the thoughts swirling around my head i didn't realize how promiscuous this city is." His gaze shifts from female to female observing all of thier wonderful curves.

"I wonder what Lidia is doing right now...." Dillon sighs to himself "what am i thinking she's always trying to kill me I'm prolly the last thing that's on her mind"

*shakes his head to drive out all the thoughts*

"I have to focus on the task at hand...surely a town so luxurious has something of value thats worth stealing. After I finish this delicious meal and take a little break I'll take a look around to see if there is anything that catches my eye besides all these beautiful women."

He takes another big gulp of coffee and returns to his meal.

Hours of walking and touring herself in this little town, she feels her stomach growling. She check her money pouch to see if she has enough florin to serve herself to eat. Luckily, she have enough. *sigh* "Ok, eat first, continue the tour later." She pat her stomach, "Come let get something to eat." She choose the first restaurant she sees and when she enter, the smell of food welcome her making her stomach growling even more. "Sheesh, when was the last time I ate", she thought to herself. She choose a table with two chair next to the store's window. She sit down the chair on her left side, then a white-fur, vixen waitress came by to Lidia's table, ask if she would like to drink. "Just a glass of orange juice please and for my order, I would like a bowl of beef veggie soup with a plate of slice bread on the side, please." After, the vixen wrote down on Lidia's order on her little note pad, she walked away, giving the order to the Chef and walk to another table take their order. While waiting for her food to come, Lidia looks out the store's window and watch people pass by.

(( I do hope I'm not intruding. Embarassed I love RP's, and this is the first new one in awhile, so I thought I'd join, if that's alright. ))

It was one of those days that was, in a sense, perfect. Noone could complain, the weather was fair and the atmosphere of the already buisying BonBon streets was its usuall mix of joy and lust. What more could anyone ask for, right?

The door to the cafe swung open, and another figure strode in. A male wolf, hair and pelt both snow white. He appeared to stand just over six feet, and he sported a wide scar that ran across his right, deep amber eye. He was wearing a military uniform, deep blue, well pressed with gold buttons and shoulder ranks, an array of ribbons over his left chest pocket. From his belt hung a sheather revolver, un-loaded, though noone had any way of knowing such. He was an American, which was odd for this, "quiet", little european town.

As he walked in, he removed the blue-rimmed military cover from his head and carried it with him over to one of the quiet corner tables. He took a seat, setting the cover down on the table and waiting silently for service. It didn't take long, for one of the waitresses, a slim and pretty red-headed vixen, seemed to recognize him and quickly made her way over to his table. She smiled cutely at him, and he returned the favor with a dapper, yet coy smile of his own.

She giggled. "Good day Commander. What can I interest you in today?" She giggled again, blue eyes fluttering at him slightly.

"Well well Myrianna, aren't we in a good mood." He chuckled deep down in his throat. "Just coffee for now, and a copy of the paper if you've got one layin' around."

"Comming right up." She said with a wink before turning and walking away from his table. He watched as she walked, allowing his eyes to give her.... figure... a quick once-over. Giving one last chuckle, his amber eyes returnedback to his surroundings, glancing around the room to see who else was there. His eyes came across two new faces he had never seen before. Interesting.

Dillon looked over and was shocked Shocked. "Lidia!"

"if she catches me here she'll cause a bar-room brawl!"

Dillon walked to the Vixen and asked her what Lidia had ordered. Paying for what she had ordered. Then frantically but cautiously made his way out of the building trying to not be seen by Lidia.

"now i gotta take a look around and see if there's anything worth plundering in this town, best thing i could do would be to find the law enforcement building. I want to station my operation where they will least expect it coming"

He made his way down the street touring the various shops and enjoying his "window shopping" with the various bare breasted beauties.

((No, it's alright, as the old saying: "The more the merrier." ^w^))

After 10 minutes of waiting, The white-fur vixen waitress stroll towards Lidia's table, carrying her order, and gently put down a bowl of steamy soup and a plate of slice breads. "Enjoy your meal." says the waitress with a smile. Lidia's smile back and after she gave her thank you to the waitress, the waitress walk away, leaving Lidia with her food. "Finally.", she whisper in relieve. Before she starts eating, she folds her both hand together, close her eyes and did a quick, silent pray. She now then took a spoon from the table, dip it on her beef-veggie soup and quietly sip into her mouth. "Hmmm...delicious. ^w^" As she's eating her soup and her slice breads, she heard the cafe door open and enter was a white, male wolf, wearing that's almost look like an American uniform. She just took a quick look at him after he sat down a tables at a corner and then went back looking at her food and continue on eating, hoping hat he didn't saw her looking at him. "hmph, not like he caught my interest", she whisper to herself.

(( Thank you kindly Smile ))

Hmm, well that had been odd. The male he had noticed only a moment earlier had suddenly left, almost as if in a panic. But, it wasn't his buisness, and as such he forgot about it quickly.

The red haired vixen soon returned with his coffee and paper, still smiling as she walked back to him. "There you are Commander, fresh batch, just for you. Is there anything else I can get you?"

He smiled back to her, grinning slightly. "Oh, nothing comes to mind just yet. But I'll be sure to call for you if there is something.... more." She giggled, then turned and left him once again to get back to work. The white wolf looked down at his coffee, then reached into one of his coat pockets, bringing forth a silver flask. He unscrewed the top and poured fair amount of the contents into his coffee. They never had made the stuff "strong" enough. The up reaching its brim, he re-fastened the top to the flask and returned it to his pocket. He then unfolded his paper and began reading the headlines, sipping from his spiked coffee as his eyes skimmed over the days news. Though he showed no sighns of such, he fealt almost as if he were being watched.

After sipping her soup and eating her breads, she was finally done, feeling full and happy. She stretched both her arms up, arch her back, and acknowledge both the empty bowl and the plate. *sigh happily* That's some good stuff. She pat her tummy. "There, satisfied now?" she say to her tummy and giggle. Minutes later, the white-fur vixen came by to Lidia's table once again. "Did you enjoy your meal, Ma'am?" she ask. "Yes, I did, give my thanks to the chef for this delicious meal he made." The vixen giggle. "I'll be sure to tell him that" she says. "So, how much do I own you?", Lidia ask as she pulls out her money pouch. "Oh, that won't be necessary." the waitress respond, "For you see, a man asked me what you order and paid your bill." Lidia became confuse. "Who on earth...?", she thought. Lidia then ask the vixen, "Do you know this man?" The vixen respond, "No, Ma'am." Lidia then ask, "Do you know what he is?" "He's an Armadillo", she respond again. "Arma..." "Dillon" she thought to herself. "Haven't seen him since our little "battle." "Battle?" the vixen question. Lidia wave her hand as to reassure the waitress. "Oh, don't worry about it. He's someone I know." She smile and took out 4 florin from her pouch and hand it to the vixen. "Thank you for your service, Ma'am. I'll be coming back here next time." She give the vixen a wink and stroll out the cafe. *sigh* "Guess I will be touring and finding that round-ball armadillo."

((Happy to have you aboard Feingo it makes things interesting))

Walking down the streets many things caught his eyes: antique parlors, banks of course, even a jewelry counter, but he couldn't help but catch himself staring at the local women every other second.

*blushing* "there's so much to get in trouble with here, i hope this isn't going to be a bother"

While thinking to himself and walking his gaze caught a most unusual sight, a castle in the city.

"wow, i'm sure there's something of value in there, I'm going to go and check thing's out"

( I've never really done RP, I hope you don't mind me joining in. Embarassed )
Cole gritted his teeth through the wind and grime brought by the draft as the train blasted out of one of the many tunnels that randomly dotted the line. The Elizabeth had been working hard to keep the several pullmans in constant motion on the ascent, but now, on the down-grade, the train barreled down the rails at a speed only kept in check by Cole's touch of the air-brake. Momentarily, Cole diverted his attention from the track ahead, and glanced out at the splendor of the distant mountains, and was briefly beyond the roar of the wheels and the hiss of the steam, and thought only of his mountain home....the porch swing, gently rocking in the breeze, and the calming rustle of the wind through the trees.....The squeal of the train lurching into a curve brought Cole back to the present, and he instinctively twisted the brake handle. The hiss of the air and screech of the brakes against the wheels reminded Cole just how fragile the relationship between mountain railroading and life was. As if to further establish this, he glanced out of the cab window, and downward at the edge off the abyss. Only inches away, the sheer drop into the canyon was shrouded in darkness, with only the glint of light off of the river below indicating the bottom. He sighed, knowing that the gift of life could be lost with such ease. His mind was forced into a recollection of his dear friend, and an avalanche that...."No...not now...please, not now...". He fought against it. As if to ward off the impending flood of memories, he pulled out his work-orders from his pocket and reviewed them. He was to surrender the train to a new crew and engine at the remote town of BonBon. He briefly pondered the idea....although he had frequently run through the village, he had never been able to layover there. However, the raccoon ceased further thoughts on the subject, as he spotted, from around a curve, the approaching eye of the red signal that indicated the presence of Bon Bon's platform. He closed the throttle, and again moved the brass handle of the brake valve, now for the last time. As the platform drew nearer, and the panting of the Elizabeth's exhaust began to wane, Cole wearily leaned back into the recesses of his seat, closed his eyes, and sighed. Though it didn't occur often, this was one of the times that the job proved just how draining it could really be. His muscles and subsequent nerves relaxed, and, upon opening, his eyes lost their previous edge. Perhaps a drink was in order.

((welcome aboard!))

Dillon strolled through the gates of the castle. His jaw dropped!

"A casino!?" he exclaimed looking around at all the games being played and money being thrown around.

"would you like to get some chips?" a tantalizing tabby asks, startling Dillon almost making him ball up. "Uh-h yea s-sure" he responded exchanging some of his florian for chips. After recieving his chips he perused through the great selection of games that the casino had to offer. He made his way over to a blackjack table and settled down.

The white wolf watched as, after a brief conversation with he waitress, the second new face left the cafe. Though he hadn't been meaning to eavesdrop, he was pretty sure that she had been talking about the male armadillo whom had left a moment earlier. Must be old friends or something.

He spent another twenty or so minutes reading his paper and sipping his coffee before he decided to call it could and head out on the town. Rising from his seat, he left his payment on the table. (along with a substantial tipp for the waitress he apperantly knew) He walked out of the cafe, placing his cover back on his head as he walked out into the open, and began to leisurely stroll along the street, catching a few inquisitive eyes as he did so.

Then the thought came to him. He hadn't really endulged in the offerings of this little town lately. Perhapse this would be a good day to do so. Therefore, he made his way to the Delight castle, grinning slightly as he thought of the possible ways to spend his day.

He strolled through the entryway to the castle, removing his cover as he did, and walked casually onto the casino floor. Why not a nice round of cards to start off the day? Exchanging for chips with a rather attractive young tabby, he then decided to take his first chances with a game of blackjack, taking a seat without even realizing he was now sitting across from the same fellow he had previously seen at the cafe.

Almost half part of town she went and asking people if they see an armadillo
pass by and received the same answers, "No, Ma'am, I didn't see one."
*Sigh* "For a little town, there a lot of path and turns here that make it almost like a maze", she say. She saw an empty bench in front of her and decided to take a break from searching for him. She sat down and takes deep breath. *sigh* I just hope he doesn't get into trouble, for some reason, it follows him, plus, I promise his father to look after him. She sigh and have eyes full of concern. "I just hope he's alright." she says as she bow down her head between her leg.

((Hey, Dillon, If you don't like me bringing up the "promise his/her parents to take care of their son/daughter" thing, I'll edit and type something else. I just want to know if that's ok with you.))

(( no no i like it it ties us together in the plot ))

"Hit!" Dillon cried as he was on a hot streak so far, (he hadn't won a large amount but it was very seldom that he was ever ahead). "Bust" the dealer replied with a smirk. "Dammit" he sighed "I'm gonna drop out and cut it there while I'm just a little behind."

Walking away from the table he pouted "I'm terrible at gambling I can't ever seem to leave once i get ahead and then I always wind up falling behind" He walked over to the bar and sat down putting his chin to the bar and covering the top of his head with the palms of his hands.

"Can i get something for ya?" the bartender cooed. "Get me anything you want just make sure it hurts on the way down." he pouted.

( Is there an order to go in? Confused )
After uncoupling the Elizabeth from the train and backing her down to the engine-house, Cole swung down from his engine. He momentarily paused, and, in bemusement, patted the pilot beam ( front beam) of his steed, and wished her goodnight. For a brief moment, somewhere in the glint of the ornate brass trimmings that graced her, he could have sworn that she winked back. He chuckled to himself over the idea, and gave one last look at his engine as he left the shed, the crunch of gravel in unison with his footsteps. After tramping across the small switching-yard that separated the sheds from the platform, he proceeded to check-in to the station's locker-room. He reminisced the tiring run briefly as found his locker, stowed his cap and overcoat, and began to change into his "civilian" attire. He sighed and paused briefly at the thought of his line of work. Though it was exhausting, and often required hours that most would deem ungodly, the pay was good, and he enjoyed his job. With these thoughts, he closed the subject, and lost any air of his profession. He finished buttoning his black coat, which covered a white vest and red tie, and smoothed his black slacks. Finally, he donned his bowler hat, and checked his gold pocket-watch. It was an agreeable hour to explore the town, and, as he snapped the lid shut, he stepped from the depot's door into the streets of the town. Cole was immediately struck by the pleasant air of the town, and for a moment stood, and simply took in the beauty that surrounded him. However, as he turned, he noticed an extravagant, ornate castle that loomed above the rest of the town. Although his first impulse was to approach the fantastic structure, his gate slowly came to a halt. Cole was shy, and, after taking note of the activity that bustled around the castle before him, his heart momentarily sank. He cursed his reservedness, a distinction that had plagued him for his entire life. Cole realized that he needed rest and refreshment, and he had heard that the castle was the best place gain these, but his own being was a formidable fortress. In a final, somewhat brazen, thought, Cole decided that he could not keep himself from getting these things. He broke away from himself, ascended the steps of the Delight Castle, and opened the door.

"Hurts going down?" Came a deep, sly voice from behind the armadillo at the bar. Those words were followed soon by a hearty chuckle. "You certainly are a glutton for punishment brother." The white wolf walked up to the bar and took a seet next to the armadillo, setting his cover on the bar and smileing. He pulled silver flask from his coat pocket, un-stoppered it and took a long swigg of the contents, still finding the armadillos words a tad amusing.

"You know, I believe the old saying goes, 'you win some, you lose some'."

(hope you dont mind but i would like to join.)

"Ah! Another wonderful day in Bonbon." Dain said with a sigh. "Well i better get moving or else those two will mess up my forge." Dain said as he started walking into Bonbon.

Well i hope Mystic is not to angry at me. I will go to her place after i meet with my supplier. Dain thought as he walked through a alleyway. "Shoot!" Dain exclaimed. "I can't see her like this. I am still in my blacksmith attire, i also forgot to take off my apron with my hammer and utensils in it." Dain said mumbling to himself. "At least i don't have my." Dain was interrupted as he saw a brown ferret with a worried look on her face, sitting on a bench.Hmm, never seen her before. Dain pondered. Might as well go and see what has her so worried.

"Excuse me miss." Dain said politely as he sat down on the bench. "You look like you lost some one."

(if you need a discription of his blacksmith outfit. you can read it at the link below.)

Lidia had been sitting on the same bench for almost an hour and notice that the sun setting behind the mountains. "hmm...." She stands up and dust off her clothes. "Pretty soon, I have to book me and Dillon in an Inn for the night." , she says. "We're gonna be here for a while, so tomorrow morning, I'm gonna see if there's any job opening that I can check it out so I can earn some money here" she says to herself. "It's starting to quiet down in this street so Dillon could not be here." She bends her left leg upward, then her right leg, then she gives them a shake, as well as her arms. "Phow." "Ok. let's go." She starts walking once again, this time to look an Inn with an open room for the night, but before she take her first step, she heard a voice closely behind her, so she look back and see a male mustang with silver streak around his body. He ask his question again. "Oh. Well, actually yes, I am looking for someone. but I am sure he's not in this street so I am going to go to another one and see if I can find him there."

"I thank you for being concern about me, Sir, but I must be going now."

She bow to the white mustang. "Have a Good afternoon." She greet and walk off before the white mustang could say anything else.

( Sorry for the wait. I was a little confused, myself.)
The interior of the castle could only be described as exquisite. The golden chandeliers cast their glow downward upon the plush furnishings and mahogany gambling tables, all surrounded by art of extraordinary detail. Like the rest of the town, the room was welcoming, despite the extravagance. Suddenly, Cole began to feel at ease with his surroundings....perhaps he had been premature to assume a reclusive position. He glanced around, looking for a place to rest his weary being. As he was not a gambler, the poker and roulette tables seemed foreign to him. However, after a brief inspection of the room, he identified the bar. Realizing that it would be the ideal place to relax, he gravitated towards its direction, and assumed a seat next to a white wolf in an American military uniform, who seemed to be consoling an armadillo who appeared to be in a rather morose state.
When approached by the bartender, whose beauty was undeniable, Cole wearily smiled. "Water, please."

Turning toward the wolf with a glum look on his face. Dillon replied:

"I admire your positive outlook on life, but as for me if it were not for bad luck I wouldn't have luck at all, for you see i'm never ahead of the game but i love to play them"

He swallows the drink that the barkeep slid him. Wincing as it slid down his throat burning it. He sighed once more and passed the lady the money for his refreshment.

"So tell me what made you come over here and start a conversation with me? I'm not saying I don't like it...it just seems a little odd that a complete stranger would stroll up to me as a friend so quickly"

"Hehehe. Kid, in this life, there are two lessons. One: If you can't have a positive outlook on things, it leads to a short life. And the second I see you've already learned..." He took another swigg from his flask. "... when you can't have a positive outlook on life, alcohol can be your best friend." He re-stoppered the flask, then flagged down the bartender. "I'll have what he's having." The barkeep nodded and got to the order.

As the armadillo asked of his reasoning for comming over, the barkeep slid him his drink. For a moment, he simply stared at the glass, taking in the boys question. "I was right there at the table kid. I saw your little... streak, and I figured that any luck like that deserved a drink from someone with equally as bad luck." He turned to the barkeep. "He'll take another one on me." The barkeep nodded again and slid the armadillo a second glass. He raised his glass in a mock toast, then downed the liquid in one gulp. It didn't burn his throat so much, nothing did anymore. Afterward, he slammed the glass down on the counter, letting out a long satisfied sigh. "My names Commander Ferinton of the 43rd U.S." He chuckled as he realized his giving of his formal title. Who cared about any of that anyway? "But you can call me Feingo."
