"Well simple stretches would be the best as they would relax you before bed without getting you dirty. An evening jog or walk. If you impure any fighting styles, practicing basic forms would be the best." He leaned back, looking at the ceiling, trying to think of other exercises.

As the raccoon continued looking at the tiger then looked away her face becoming flush as her eyes had been looking him over and stopped on his crotch for a few moments, "Well I don't go out at night often so a jog or walk wouldn't work out," she then paused a few moments, "I don't know how to fight at all, and the only stretches I know are well..." her voice trailed off as she looked at her hand and her blush deepened greatly.

"Well there's pushups, running or jogging in place, light weight lifting," he trailed off trying to think of others. He stood, stretching his entire body, trying to loosen his back, groaning as it popped a little.

Without pausing in his stretching or even really turning around he said, "Well then do whatever it was that allowed you to sleep well before bed each night. I stick to weapons and hand to hand combat practice every night. If I can't do those then some basic exercises work just as well." Turning back he smiled at her and said with complete innocence, "Tonight I'm just going to do light stretching and then head to bed. Of course that's still a few hours away."

Jessica blushed a little more still, "Well I..." she says softly wanting to tell him but then her emotions boiled over and without warning the raccoon got to her feet pushed the tiger back down and straddled him as she pressed her lips against Vedoril's as the thought of what he was asking her to describe boiled up and made her really excited.

As she pushed him he tried to ask, "Jessica what's," but he got no further as her lips pressed against his. He was completely taken aback, unable to move for a few seconds. Finally he regained his senses, and grabbed her by the shoulders, blushing red all over his face, looking her in the eyes. "What in the world was that?" he asked incredulously.

He recognized the scent of arousal immediately, and tried his hardest to get away from her, as he moved to stand up, the dizziness hit him again, and he fell back onto the couch. Instead of remaining sitting up, he slid until his back was pushed against the armrest and the back of the couch. "Um...well...like I said...you're acting differently, and the change was...sudden. Swallowing nervously, jumping a bit from her hand, he tried to dig his heels against the couch and push himself off of the couch. "Miss Jessica...um...that's not a cure for anything. If you have a...um...fever, then you need medicine for it." With his scrabbling his upper body was almost to the edge of the couch. He was breathing hard and fast, his eyes wide in panic, using his hands for more power to push with.
