The blue caribou spoke next. "My colleague was conscripted into the American War, and is intimately familiar with pain, terror, suffering and death. His attitude towards such things has been... adjusted by it."

"I've been to hell, Mister Meng. I just want to hit harder next time I visit.", replied Katmir with an eager gleam in his elliptical pupils.

Connie spoke softly. "I don't want to fight if I don't have to. I just think it's beautiful, like dancing. I love to dance. But I could be better if I learned from you, sir." she said with a bow.

Connie looked ahead as well, wondering how Meng Long could measure a fur's potential to learn from him. The wolf had many students with astounding talent, but then she wondered if having the nerve to fight was enough to start this venture. What besides fighting would she learn about herself?

Connie sniffed the air as Meng Long scrutinized his new potentials.

"Very well,let's get started with some Qigong and Taiji.We use these exercises to warm up the muscles,relax the mind,and harmonize our spirit for the training ahead.We begin with Ba Duan Jin or 8 pieces of brocade.We start in the Wu Ji or grand emptiness stance as follows:"

Stand up straight.
Your feet should be close together - touching each other.
This aids in the improvement of balance;The toes should be pointed straight ahead.
Both feet should be flat on the floor.
The weight should be equal on both feet.
Don't lean to one side or the other.
Relax your body.
Stay balanced and centered.
Clear you mind and set aside the work and worries of the day.
Your face should seem happy, joyful, reflecting an "Inner Smile."
Smile!
Keep your head up and look forward.
Your eyes should be open, with a soft and wide angle focus.

Breathe in and out in a relaxed, easy, and regular manner.
Keep your lips parted slightly.
Your arms should hang down in a relaxed manner at your sides.
The palms of your hands should face your thighs.
Relax the shoulders and let them hang down.
Some recommend that you keep the tip of your tongue lightly touching the roof of your mouth.

1. Pressing Up to the Heavens with Two Hands


Starting Position: Wu Ji

Step out with your left leg keep the knees slightly bent.
Remain standing up straight during the whole movement.
Bring the hands to the Dan Tien (waist area) with your palms facing up.
Draw both hands up the center line of the body, palms up interlocking yor fingers.
Inhale while drawing the hands up.
When the hands reach the face area, turn both palms and face the palms outward and slightly upward.
The thumbs can touch the forehead.
Begin to exhale.
Press both arms up from the forehead, keeping the wrists flexed and the palms facing out.
Press up the arms has high as you can.
Raise the heels slightly.
Stretch upward.
When you reach the maximum upward press, then release the arms.
Allow the arms to trace a graceful arc downward.
Exhale completely on the way down and begin to inhale.
As the arms come down, the palms face down.
When the hands reach the waist area, then bring the hands back to the center line, palms facing up.
Breathe in when lifting arms up, breath out when pressing upward. "

The fox, caribou, and armadillo were inherently good natured adventurers, and silently agreed to the rules of Shifu Li. They stood barefoot before their teacher, bowing as instructed, then gave themselves the same space some of the other students had. That's when Shifu Li commenced his stances.

Connie's eyes were wide, looking between Shifu and her own paws to make sure she posed correctly.

Hex kept shuffling on his hooves away from the students around him. He seemed suddenly concerned about his large size.

Katmir mimicked the moves down to the breath, his green tail relaxed. But he had a raised eyebrow, checking out a collie's assets. He smiled, thinking if she knew he was staring, that Shifu had taught her how to kick through a tree and he'd get a snoutful of foot. Deadly sexy bitch foot. Owies..! Maybe she likes Chinese take out? "Sir... Help?"

"Again."Meng Long commanded as he began the exercise again,without breaking stride in his movements the arctic wolf seemed to be in tune with the class addressing the problems plaguing his new students."Connie,I don't expect you to be perfect the first time out it's why we practice daily and each stance multiple times.Hex you need to root yourself like a mountain or a tree.Worrying about trivial things can be the difference between life and death.Mr.Katmir it's very rare to have a student start so well but lose their focus in just as quickly.What seems to be the issue?Hm"

Connie and Hex nodded, replying "Yes , Shifu." and breathing easier moved their bodies much better. Katmir bit his lower lip and turned his eyes away from the female collie in front of him.

"Sorry, Sir. I love to fuc- Ahem. Your student's health is phenomenal. And she smells like fru- cough! Im not relaxing."

Henk followed the instructions of Meng Long while he was watching Meng and then to Katmir.

The snack let his tongue out and tasted the air around in the room. He could be wrong, but maybe the lady was in heat but that was something for later.

While he was doing the katas the cobra's tail begins to tingle shiftily until it sweeps up and down hard.

Henk falls to the ground. Cramp like burning iron stuck in his flesh hits the reptiles tail. For only a few seconds the cramps hold and then goes away.

The cobra hisses hard, but didn't scream or yell. After a few minutes Henk stands up, a little shaking, he bows to everyone and says. "Sorry 'Shifu' Meng, sorry fellow students, but the cramps to much to handle sorry for distrorbing the training."

Hex smiled at the artic wolf's sage counsel and took a deep breath, imagining himself not a large caribou but a tall tree. He proceeded to move his body, hooves rooted to the earth and his upper body swaying with a good breeze. He wondered for a moment if a tree was like his US Cavalry sword, malleable and deadly. Hex moved more comfortably now, his mind leaving the battle field as empty as Eden.

Connie rolled her eyes at Katmir's bulge in his pants and relaxed her armored dillo shoulders. She looked ahead, following Cassandra's instructions with ease until the king cobra let out an urgent vibe and fell to the floor. She knelt at his side.

"Oh my! Mr Henk, are you..? ...Cramps? Oh, perhaps you just need some body heat!" said the pink fairy armadillo. Connie's eyes went wide as she found herself straddling the cobra snout to snout.

"Ehh, hee hee. Excuse me."

The pain that was in his tail was slowly fading. In a few minutes he could be normal again, but then the touch of the armored dillo girl was anew.

When there noses touched each other henk felt a rushe of adrenaline through his body. It was like her body warmth was transmitted with her nose to his body.

But when the snake looked into her eyes he was lost. Her eyes were so innocent, sweet, happy and caring.

Henk felt like he was walking on clouds. Just like he met his wife, now he had the same feeling. He was now so at peace with himself and the world.

But also his body reacted to his primal instincts. His two personal 'swords' reacted and came out there sheets.

Henk stamered to the pink armored dillo" Euh. tthat'sss oke .... my angel. Oooh help I mean misteress. Oohhhhh aaa hh a eeueheeh e ......."

Henk was stamering and blushing like a tomato and trembled in shame.

A sense of shock came over the white wolf as he rushed over the two students."Henk,Connie are you two alright?"The words were mixed with genuine concern in them as Meng Long approached the the students."Connie,Don't use your whole body.Let me show you a technique from the temple.Take your hands and place them together palm to palm and rub them quickly until your hands feel like they're on fire.Next gently grab the affected area.Henk I think you need to join myself and Katmir to get yourself "re-focused" yourself."

The pink fairy armadillo kept her snout stoic as if her undergarments weren't moist from the cobra's recovery. Connie rubbed her paws together exactly as Meng Long had... "Ah! Magic! Thank you, Shifu!"

Katmir grinned at Henk, saying, "Excuse me sir, but your pants are two sizes too small."

Their caribou friend Hex wanted to react, but he stayed relaxed through the positions. Hex smiled because the movements reminded him of wind rushing through a tree.

Accross the room, Connie smiled as she stepped lightly and held an invisible ball in her paws like Hex and the other students.

Henk followed the mammal to the room. He was now getting more concentrated, angrier, frustrated and sad.

This was so different like his old master. His old master, only taught him how to use his sword, some bow and spear lessons and that's it.

All the other skills he learned were of the battlefield like, using guns, boms, making armor etc.

Now he know that there was more than that. In his own experience, it was usable that he was doing his Kata's and his master was drinking/ eating / fucking and distracting him.

The inside of the room was barely visible as the only source of light emanated from the candles burning next to paintings and statues of strange anthropomorphic creatures.Some had 2 arms with their hands and fingers in different positions or holding various objects like swords,lotus blossoms,staffs,and odd looking scepters sitting usually with their legs crossed and a peaceful expression upon the faces.Others had multiple arms,fierce demonic faces standing on up.Their arms holding a weapon ready to do battle."Welcome to my meditation and prayer room gentlemen.I'll teach you how I've remained celibate for 20 years but I need to curb your anger as well."The arctic wolf says to his new disciples."First sit with your legs crossed.Next,bring hands together with your right hand resting inside your left and the tips of your thumbs touching and let them rest on your lap.Now breathe in through your nose and fill your lungs until you can't take in anymore.Hold this air for 5 seconds,and slowly exhale out of your mouth.Continue to do this until this action is done without thought.As you breathe,let your body and mind relax.Let your mind empty itself of thought.Let the emptiness be the focus of your freedom.Let the anger and pain of the past remain nothing more than a pile of ashes and bones as it has come to pass.If you continue to dwell on it.You'll never leave the house you built."
