Who ever said the guy I described was an overmuscled hulk? I certainly didn't. But going by what she told me, he's not good enough cos he has muscles.

I'm sensing some hostility here...this isn't a contest or anything so I hope people aren't feeling competitive =(
@Hoshi: The whole fearplay concept is something more along the lines of a game tied in with natural instincts. A deer cuddling up with a wolf may truly love the wolf but if the wolf growls the deer will flinch regardless of their feelings.
@Shadow: I like the concept of the pet being just a worker during the day and a fantasy fulfiller at night. I look forward to if you decide to expand upon the idea.
@45: Lolwut? At first you seemed too tired now you're typing like you're on crack xD But yes, that doe picture is too cute not to use
@Silv: Of course I'm picky~ This is the future of a character we're talking about. And please refrain from bitter/sarcastic remarks  45's example is right on the button; a slim build. I don't want an incredible hulk.
@Tearlach: Perfect example of the type of male master I'd be most interested in. Strong personality and will with a mild/proportionate body.

i have no clue but i think i had a one day cold or some thing.. and and its only tense becuase we all like to butt heads like rams. me being a aries i believe thats a common trait for me XD. i read those wierd little horoscope things every now and then one person told me most aries seem to like to butt head with people... XD and yes i feel like typing actuly when i first started rping here you was one on my list to rp with XD.
also i think salvo(my nick name for silv) has a image of his char and shes not really as built as she says.

I don't think it's entirely a particular feeling of "hostility" so much as Silvador's frustration about not understanding exactly what type of musculature is acceptable. |

As I have previously stated my character/ fursona has no regard in Grllover's quest. Nevertheless I would like to make some suggestions for all concerned.
As regards the deer character's occupation; private nurses were quite the vogue at this time for well-to-do people. It could be the that the "patient" is wheeled around town in a Bathchair [a early form of wheel chair] with the nurse fussing over/being strict with him/her.
Yet once alone the "patient" is no longer a invalid and administers some 'medicine' to the nurse. Just a short scenario for your contemplation.

Who ever said anything about a hulk? I certainly didn't say anything about a hulk. Just because a guy has a few visible muscles and can fight doesn't immediately mean he's built like a fortress.

I'll give you a lithe man with a boyish face, a fucked up background and a sadistic mind. His pet would a thing of no value to him, something he can use to amuse his own twisted mind whenever he pleases, an object to tease and torture sexually, giving no release to her no matter how much she begged for it. This is his personality hidden beneath a prim and proper appearence shown by rich clothing and fine grooming. Glimmering blue eyes set against sunset gold fur, a golden retriever, swooned over by woman the world over. I'll give you a coward who'd throw his closest friends to the wolves so they'd feast while he fled.
This is how I see cute as a master. Take your pick!

Now let's just look at what cute is for a minute. Almost any character ever created that can be considered "cute" has been weak, insecure, withdrawn, and/or knaive. Do any of these traits sound like a master to you? Cute defines looks and looks, more often than not, come from the life experiences that forge personality. The only possible way I can fathom a "cute" master is to have a cute fur with a strong will and the only way to give him a strong will while keeping him cute is to give him a fucked up personality.

I am going to be serious here for a moment Silvador.
I know that I am going over old ground when I write that Grllover actually liked the description of the personality of your character, it was just the muscular physical description that did not fit in with what she wanted.
I think perhaps if you write the physical description of your character in terms of the old style of action hero, like Clint Eastwood; especially his 'man with no name' persona or Humphrey Bogart, kissing them one moment-knocking them out the next.
You don't have to be bitter and twisted inside, to be tough. That is a weakness, giving in to what hurts you and then lashing out at others. Rather then taking it, absorbing it and pushing it to one side, but above all learning from the experience and using that experience the next time shows a greater strength.
Having a 'pet' is about showing a strong personality, but above all showing compassion and tenderness too.
That's what I think, please feel free to contradict me if you wish.

It's obvious to me that you don't understand what I was trying to say. Whether you didn't properly read my posts or just can't fathom the meaning of the words I wrote, I don't know. But I honestly can't be bothered trying to explain them so you know what? I'm not here to impress you. You are not the one selecting a character. This Loretta's thread, it is Loretta's idea, it is to be Loretta's character. Quit butting in with BS you think you know when you have no say in the matter. If Loretta doesn't like the idea, she will say so. If she does like it, she will say so. Her word is all I give a fuck about in this thread, not yours. I will write my descriptions as I see fit and present them to her, not you. If I want your opinion I will ask for it. Until such time as that happens, quit trying to dictate how I create my characters.
