*looks around while taking a sip of his drink. Alice already regret to have came here. This bar is a odd mix between a fetish bar and strip bar. She come here because she know that nobody she meet in her professionnal job risk to be here and recognize her and that nobody will give a weird look to a big cow with a ususual and sexy outfit. It is a perfect place to relax and forget about the crap that arrived recently.*

riku was walking down a street to meet someone and as pre usal everyone stoped and hissed at him only a few days ago did riku stop a huge diamond heist but in his saveing he had destroyed a lot of shops and a bridge

looking at some furs riku growled and put on his headphones and his hood and walked away growling then takeing out his cell phone he looked at the message he recived

"why the hell would alice want to see me its been weeks since i last saw her why would she want to see me now"

riku turned his headphones up full blast and saw the meeting place and looked at the sign "what the he.... awww screw it"

walking inside he looked at the odd things going on there was striprs and also a lot of men fondling woman but riku just ignored everyone and spoted alice

walking up to her and just picking up a full pint of beer that had just been severd to a mon drooling over a striper he took a seat in front of her

"why did ya message me? ya kniow full well im hated in this city dont ya read or watch the news alice"

Meanwhile, at a corner booth a hopping skunk waitress called over a rottweiler bouncer. He seemed to fail at calming her down, and she ran off. He was trying to get the attention of what seemed like a sleeping reynard in a ragged cowboy hat and tattered trenchcoat. His fluffy tail was limp, and it was difficult to tell if he was even breathing. When the bouncer picked up the fox's arm and it hit the tabletop like a dead fish, he whistled loudly to and waved over another bouncer. This gray tabby ran over, then ran off again, speaking into a comm device.

As the first bouncer turned around, shaking his head like he's having the worst night ever, the fox jumped up and scared the poor dog so bad he almost punched him. The bouncer was still in shock as the ragged cowboy left the booth with his paws up. NumLock didn't seem like he noticed his metafurry allies sitting together when he stopped one of the sexy waitresses walking past their table to ask, "Excuse me madam, but would you be a doll and give me a bottle of anything and a glazed doughnut... to go!?"

He casually turned to the trio and tipped his hat to Allison, Riku, and Alice and said, "Hello, nurse! Hello... kitty. Hello, Clarisse. Fancy meeting you all at this place! Seriously, now. What are the odds?"

The odd are rather good. I come here time to time but I know that at least someone in the group got a fake invitation for a meeting. I have the feeling that someone want to hire enhanced worker for some kind of job.

Allison just rolled her eyes at the fox before getting up and quickly heading to the men's room. She came out a few moments later in her normal form with her hood over her head. Walking up and taking her hood off, she sat back down in the same seat she was in before "Ahhhh, much better." she said looking at her arms a bit.

NumLock sat down next to Alice and nodded to Riku. "Well, yeah I was actually at Wayne's Saloon earlier, but my metavirus nanites found this strange local request for 'confidential services' that vaguely referenced this club... I mean, how could I resist? Besides, I can dance the Boot-Scoot Boogie to any music, anywhere. Ha hah! Well, lookie here..."

He watched Allison return in her original orm, and laughed a t the reactions from the males near the restroom entrance.

"Well, let's just hope that no one else noticed the 'odd job' advertisement. That way, we all get a better share of the bounty." He turned to Alice and Riku, asking "Uhm, there is a bounty, right? I need new boots for freerunning in this town, and bullets are not cheap."

*chuckles, not noticing some Yellow-spotted Salamander scanning them from a balcony with a odd gizmo. Alphonse grins, he got his guinea-pig and it looks like they could even make great minions until his experimentations get results. He was about to stands up and meets them but he notices that his glass isn't empty. So he relax a little slowly finishes his drink. This is not like he cannot stop them if one of them would be trying to quit.*

Allison glanced over and noticed a man on a balcony with some strange device. She glared at him before turning her attention back towards the others "So is that what this is about? A job?" she said glancing over to the balcony every now and then. She shifted in her seat and made herself more comfortable.

looking at allison riku's at this moment green eyes follwed where she was looking and saw some strange man with a odd device narrowing his eyes and his left one turning blood red he looked back at alice and scowled

"wait you what do you meen job? bounty? what the hell are you talking about dont people know i have to hunt down that fucking freak of nater ghost"

riku said still feeling strange

With his back towards the balcony, the metavirus nanites could only scan what was in NumLock's field of vision. They identified the music being played, body temperature, how many communication devices were active, where cigarette smoke originated from, but he simply did not have eyes in the back of his head. He did have a pair of toy sunglasses with mirrors on the inside edge in his coat, but these were otherwise useless in his oblivious state of mind.

"A job is a job! And if things go really well I'll put on a private show for you afterwards, Miss Bakk. I just wonder if anyone else is here for the same reason... Gaia, I hope it's not a trap.", he said, taking a long drink from his beer.

You search Ghosts for weeks now without results. What make you think that you will find it soon by using your current way? Someone send you a fake message and managed somehow to gather four of us here. It require some skills that few people have. This is rather a trap or a job offering. In all case, this guy is powerful and we cannot afford to ignore him. I personally don't want of an another unknown threat lurking in my back waiting the good moment to stick a dagger in my back.

leaning back in his chair and still growling his attione turned towards a salmander

"so it was you who sent me that fake massage and let me set this i was born with my powers theres no trace of the meta virus in my body"

Many heads in the club turned towards the small group. The meta's fingers slowly changed into claws but turned back as she controlled her anger.

NumLock tipped his cowboy hat up to look at the business fur in the eyes. His nanite's facial recognition software failed to identify the guy. Having nothing to lose but his mortal body, the green fox weighed carefully his furiends' responses first. After all, if they decided not to go, the assignment of finding other metafurries would be more of a challenge.

"Well, Alphonse, you sure have picked an odd group for such a thing. Especially with Riku Edgewing, who has no trace of the Metavirus in his DNA. Surely your not so secret government compadres have other weaponized furries to do your dirty work. We do have our own agendas, after all. But if the price is right, I might be persuaded to play along." said NumLock, thinking to himself that he may be able to gather enough data to destroy the monsters who unleashed the Metavirus on the planet.

*Alphonse sits while other talks. He stares at Allison briefly when she makes a scene then looks a the curious then shrugs his shoulders and waits that they stop to care before answering.*

I don't want stuff to make the metavirus. This material is already obsolete. Did you noticed now much low level meta there are since the plague? I want the real stuff, the semi organic weapons and armours that will be the asset of tomorrow.

*makes a pauses.*

Ever heard of gene therapy? The metavirus only add the mutation to the DNA. If the doctors could not find the scar that make the virus on Riku it is because there was no need to fix. Also, I don't work for the government or else I wouldn't have to tear down their facilities to get their equipments. I am ready to pay fifty million dollars for it. This isn't as much that it used to be but it still worth a lot. Divide it like you want after it... or not, I mean I paid for the result. How the reward is used doesn't interest me.

Allison listened to Alphonse's proposal but answered quickly "I have no need for money. And if that's all you have to offer, then I'll get going." she said geating up and stretching a bit.

NumLock looked at Allison, then said to her "Uh you know, Miss Jet, that if the Metavirus peaked with you, and is disappearing to the point that the bad guys are going to make something worse... Then maybe it's in our best interest to stop them before they even start."

He stopped there, wondering how much worse the world would be with weapons meant to take down the likes of Riku and Allison being used on any fur they wished. He took another long drink of his beer.
