Hi all, I am just a curious blue twin-tail fox here. (Boy, if that isn't a call to attention XD) I was wondering, more curiosity than opinion as to the progression of art style PBB has taken over the years. Being a starting-out comic maker myself, along with Scorpia in our team project, I am endeavoring to understand how some styles come about, having followed Vanessa's tutorials on DA and Kinzart of more recent volumes.
My question was how the coloring/texturing has progressed from the days of inception towards today's pages of PBB and Dillinger Derringer. In the first few years of PBB, the art style appeared to be that of a paper-media color and design, such as with Copic brand markers or illustration pens. later on, I recognized the style of Photoshop elements of base colors to filsters and select layers, and of course now to our black and white format.
So how has the art style progressed from start to today, does anybody know? _________________ The Story of Sky B. Fox
