So far, I know some character in the PBB that was familiar with me. As I read some of the topics here, I sometimes confused on the new girls in the series.

Well, here's the characters that I'm not yet familiar of (Note: List will be updated):
Creamy Donut
Stella Sunflower
Alexia
Margarete

So what are their backstories? I actually don't know about them yet.

I can shed only a little light I'm afraid, but what I know I'll happily share. If my information is inaccurate, please feel free, anyone, to correct it.

Creamy Donut is a female rabbit, milk chocolate in color as I recall, who sells homemade candies on the streets on Bon Bon.

Stella Sunflower is female polar bear. She works in the Delight Castle casino as a dealer and magician. She is one of the long time hopefuls of the Strip Tease Theater.

Alexia I'm not too sure about, other than she and Drake (may I call you Drake?) shared an intimate scene in issue... what, 2?

Margarete is a squirrel girl who, like Ms. Donut, sells treats to Bon Bon's citizens and visitors alike. She is also the current feature of the Strip Tease Theater.

I see...

I guess I shouldn't ask anymore questions before I get into serious trouble.

One should never be afraid of asking a question, only rarely the answer.

Oh. Well thansks Ashton.

Now...where was I?

Creamy Donut works as a Candy dealer. Stella Sunflower works as a magician (compared to Silbia they're different), Alexia appears in Issue 3 seducing Drake and Margarete helps Creamy on her job.

It makes some sense. But how about their past. You know, before they were working in Bon Bon....

I think it would be more accurate to say that Margarete and Creamy operate competing businesses. I apologize for not being precise the first time. As to their respective pasts, I do not believe that has ever come up. Their stories may be told later, but it seems more likely that they will remain realm of "background characters".

The difference between Stella's and Sibilla's professions are actually not all that great. One is a professional stage magician, the other is back-room mystic. Stage magic is little more than elaborate slight of hand and misdirection, while tarot/palm reading/etc mysticism is all about psychology and interpretation. One way to think of it is, one is slight of hand while the other is slight of mind.

Actually, the main difference between Blanche and Stella's magic is that, although on the lowest end of the scale (we aren't talking Gandalf here!), Blanche's magic is the real deal, while Stella's is basically the result of a heavy training in a refined stage performance.

Yep, Sibilla's magic powers work. Cool, ne? Very Happy

As for Creamy and Margarete, they're actually not all that competitive, since their wares are wholly different (roasted, salted and/or mixed nuts for Margarete, assorted sweets and candy treats for Creamy)...

Really? I was unaware of that. I find it most fascinating. Even if I don't strictly believe in the supernatural, it does intrigue me mightily and I love to study it. Perhaps Xeb could persuade Mme. Sibilla to indulge him a few questions? Wink

Not sure, although she is one nice skunkette... Of course, if she practices traditional magic (and, being her a gypsy, that's a definite possibility) the answers could not be all that satisfactory: traditions tell you that, if you do this, that happens, but they don't explain why... Very Happy

Sounds like a good answer to me, considering the question, and believe me, I should know. I may just join you in your visit to our resident gypsy, Xebulon, of you'll let me. (Besides, I've been itching to get out my old Taro deck and book again)

I do agree on Martin's point and I'm really unaware that Silbia can use magic, Gypsy skills and maybe, Alchemy (Okay, so not alchemy XD).

Well, it was hinted in many places in the site (including the "avatar descriptions" topic)... But, as I said, hers is not the "fast, easy magic" that is usually associated with Merlin, Gandalf or Dr. Strange: no lightning, zappy effects or suchlike. Rather, Blanche's craft either requires accurate tools and calm and quiet (such as fortune-telling) or needs complex ingredients and lengthy rituals and preparations (such as, basically, everything else).
Oh, and alchemy IS part of her craft... she just doesn't call it that way, and mostly uses herbs.

Looks like there's more to our striped friend than meets the eye, ne? Of course, she also uses a little psychology... Magic is tiring, and has the unfortunate tendence to go blooey when you least need it Very Happy

And why wouldn't your company be a boon, Ashton? I am a seeker of knowledge, in all it's various forms. Your presence could very well lead to greater insights and understanding that I would otherwise accomplish. Besides, I can never say "no" to my friends. Smile

I can't think of a reason, Xebulon, but I would never force my company on someone.

Ms. Nugget is a coyote cowgirl who is currently working at the Delight Castle's Strip Tease Theater (she was the fourth to take the stage, if I recall). She seems to have caught Johnnypsycho's eye, but that's not hard to understand as she is quite lovely.

Because she has caught Johnny's eye, he has worked her into the story he has written and promised to include her in his future stories. You can find his story in the Sureshot! A Bon Bon Tale topic. It gives a bit more detail into who Daisy Nugget is and is a good read.

So Daisy has a past. And I can imagine it involves on her father's gold mine in America.

I believe so, but I'm not one hundred percent sure. I think it was discussed briefly in the "Sureshot" topic by Johnnypsycho.
