((This is my 1st attempt at doing any RPing, open to anyone hope you guys like it, sorry if it's little long winded for my first attempt. BTW i'm usually on between 1-6 am, afternoons are hit and miss but usually on any time after 1 PM MST))
It's a hot day in June in the town of Bon Bon with not a cloud in the sky, people go about their business chatting happily as a small horse drawn coach clatters into town drawing very little attention as it slowly stops at the stables.
The driver, an old basset hound reaches back and knocks twice on the side of the coach, "Hey buddy we're here time to get off."
Alex quickly puts his shoulder bag around his neck and opens the door of the coach and steps out into the street, the sunlight hurts his eye for a moment, blinking his eyes repeatedly they finally adjust and he stares in awe at the sights.
"Thanks for the ride." he calls to the driver as he walks off eyes darting around the various buildings when something catches his attention, a small bakery with a chipped and fading window sign, as he walks towards the building he opens the flap of his bag making note of all the paint colors he has.
Opening the door gently the smell of freshly baked bread floods his nose making his mouth water slightly, "Hello?"
"Be right there," he hears a female voice call, quickly a tall raccoon wearing an apron covered in flour walks out of the back room smiling sweetly, "How can i help you?"
"I hope you don't think it rude of me, but i couldn't help noticing your sign is in need of some work." he replies as she walks up to the counter in front of him.
"Oh that," with a quick glance at the window she smiles slightly "I've been meaning to have it fixed but I've been busy lately so i haven't had time, why do you bring it up?"
"Well I'm a painter new to town looking for some work," he replies as he lifts the flap of his bag showing her the paints inside, "I'd be willing to fix it for you if you'd like."
"That would be lovely," she jumps in the air slightly clapping her hands happily, "oh but i couldn't pay you very much for it."
"That's alright, all i'd really need is enough to get a room for a little while." he says with a small bow.
"Well that sounds fair, but i may be able to come up with something better," she says slowly rubbing her chin slowly.
"Well i'll get to work then," Lowering the bag from his shoulder as he walks to the window quietly.
2 hours later Alex is in the back washing his brushes off in a small bucket of cold water, "What do you think?"
"It's beautiful," she replies standing in front of the window with a smile on her lips, "it hasn't looked this good in a long time."
Walking out from the back room and replacing the bag around his shoulder, "I'm glad you like it."
Reaching into the pocket of her apron she hands him a small brown bag with a draw string top it jingles slightly she hands it to Alex as she walks past him.
Opening the pouch his eyes open widely, "This must be at least."
"I gave you a little extra to help you get on your feet," she interrupts without turning around, "that's 200 florin."
"200!" he gasps almost dropping the bag.
"It might be a lot but I'd feel bad sending you on your way barely able to afford a room let alone meals," she replies as with a sweet hint in her voice tapping Alex on the shoulder and placing a loaf of bread in his hands, "Thanks for fixing my sign, i hope you enjoy your say in Bon Bon, and maybe i'll see you again soon." she walks away.
Walking out the door and quickly tearing a small piece off the end of the loaf Alex walks into the street to see what other encounters he may have before the sun begins to set.

As the sun baked the roads of the cheery and bustling town, a figure draped in black stood out, a browned, tattered and heavily worn book on his hands. As the figure shunned all outside contact, the fox in purple thy followed him did not. As she hung an arm around the other's shoulder, she looked wildly at everyone and everything with a smile on her face.
"Oh look! A bakery!"
"Would you like a snack?"
With an impatient smile and nod, the corsac foxette let go of the wolf's arm and quickly dashed towards the door to bakery. Unbeknowst to her, she ran in too quickly and accidentally bumped into someone who ate bits of bread.
"Oh, I'm so sorry!"

As the book slid from beneath his arms and into his hands, the musty, aged and seemingly decaying tome seemed to have endured far better days in the past. "It's simply one of Edgar Allan Poe's writtings. Quite the horror tale."
"Sorry if Wolf bores you.....he's a bit of a bookworm."
Her hands fiddled somewhat, nervous still of her accident and because she felt left out of the conversation.

"Well, there's a good bookstore in town that I know of. I could show it to you if you wish. As for this? You familiar with The Raven?" Even as he spoke, his expression did not change in the slightest. Always the serious one....
"Oh no thanks. I was going to ask Wolf if he could buy me something now. Hey Wolf?"
"Yeah....?"
"Mind if we invite him to have a snack with us?"
"I don't see a problem with it. Would you like to?"
His question referring to the newcomer, Alexander.

Jean opened her right eye and looked at the group conversing as she started rocking herself, sitting on the porch of the pub. She yawned and stretched, pushing herself up and meandered over to the group. "Howdy ya'll"

"Well....it certainly is one of a kind.". His stern expression remained intact, even through the joke as his red eyes just gleamed foward with much response. I'd love to show you the store after we get something to eat however....seeing as you certainly need to more than us."
Carmilla however seemed shocked and was prepared to pull o push the fur into the nearest bakery, that being the one behind her. "Oh my! That must've been horrid!". However his latest comment and joke actually brought a smile to her slightly horrified expression. "Oh.....he rarely smiles. Maybe there's something wrong with his face?"
"And what are you implying?". Wolf asked with a raised eyebrow.
However, she didn't get a chance to answer when someone suddenly shot 'Howdy y'all' in a southern drawl. A rabbit could be seen from the pub nearby, Carmilla looking at the female quizically. "Haven't I seen her before?"

As she approached the group, she suddenly stumbled and hit the ground, sending up a dust cloud. "owww...." She whimpered slightly pushing herself up to sit cross legged, and looking at the group, smiling through her wince and holding up her hand,making a V with her index and middle finger.

Jean looked up and grabbed Wolfs hand firmly, standing up, and leaning against him a little, slightly limping. "Well thank you darlin." She said, her face blushed a light red.

Jean reached out a hand, firmly grasping Alex's and shaking it. "Pleasure to meet you Alex, I'm Jean." She said, still leaning rather close to Wolf, enjoying the feel of him holding her.

(Well the RPs I had going died, so I'm jumping in.)
Vedooril had the tip of his toothpick firmly between his teeth, hat sitting snuggly on his head. He sighed scratching at the crudely bandaged wound on his arm, the sleeve of his jacket rolled up. His coat still had the faint smell of blood on it as he walked through the streets. He had found a bounty to track and had gone after it. He heard the jumble of voices, his ears twitching slightly, as he came up on the small group in the street.
He raised his head looking the crowd over, seeing new faces, and a familiar one. Smiling to himself, he crossed close to Wolf, muttering a whispered, "Heya Doc, been a while." He stopped a few feet ahead of the group, leaning against a porch pillar, hoping that Wolf would know he needed some medical assistant. He looked over the group, his dark green eyes shining slightly in the sunlight, as he smiled at their friendlyness.

Carmilla smiled and placed a gentle hand on Alexander, gliding close through the floor and over to the group. "Thank you."
When a new face made itself known in the group and the way he adressed , Carmilla tilted her head ever so slightly. "A friend of yours?"
With a steady grip on the rabbit and the group told of a meal at his expense, all was well. A familiar voice stopped him in his tracks as deep red eye turned slowly to see a Tiger he met some time back. "Hello Vedoril. I take-......I take it you're out from a stroll today?". The ever so slight trace of blood was noticed for him, his senses always sharp at the beck and call of trauma. The reason he didn't mention it to the others, was because Carmilla would most likely freak and it wouldn't seem all to treat somebody in broad daylight. "Would you like to come with us? I was going to treat everyone to a meal. We could talk inside as well, seeing as being in the sun will get us baked.". With so much as a subtle toss of the chin, he signaled the bounty hunter to follow them inside.
