Hi,

On the "sign up" page of the site, the costs are $9, $16, $28,... but when I reach the ccbil page, the costs are 9 EUR, 6 EUR, 28 EUR,... so the equivalent is $11.45, $20.35, $ 45.78,...

I think there is a mistake.

That is regional settings set by CCBILL. It's not a mistake because you are coming from a different region and its set because at the time of your purchase the price is fixed even when the market dollars change, you only pay the fixed price. The value conversion will fluctuate but your billing won't change. This means when the US dollars goes stronger than the EUR, the 11.45$ equivalent will lower for you over time, but the $9EUR may not.
